It’s the second time through for me listening to this series and I find it so helpful to discover the places in my mental “interior design” household where new possibilities can be found. Thank you.

This « oral transmission » works so much better with me than reading « material ». Thank you for these recording of your teaching sessions. 🙏🏻

Wonderful! And I had to write down the lyrics to the songs at the end to sing with my family and on retreat. You should do a track of fun Buddhist songs to sing along on Insight Timer!

Profound — he gives seamless insight to and explanation of the ‘five hindersnces’ and the ‘three poisons’; highly recommend.

Very good talk. Several aha moments. I’ve a deeper understanding of why to practice Metta, how the practice came into being, as well as some tips to enrich personal application. Hoping to find talks on the other three Brahma Viharas as well. Thank you! 🙏🏻
