Hello,

I'm your guide,

Lola Powell.

Welcome to your meditation.

Begin by getting comfortable,

Whether that is sitting or standing or lying down.

Focus your attention on your breathing.

Feel the air as it slowly enters and leaves your body.

Follow the path of the air as it moves through your throat and into your lungs and back out again.

Choose now for your mind to be completely relaxed.

Allow your awareness to only acknowledge the now.

If you notice a thought about the past,

Present or future forming,

Just acknowledge its existence.

Return to your breath and allow it to pass.

Allow yourself to be present in this very moment.

Exhale all the air out of your lungs.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Out through your mouth,

In through your nose,

Out through your mouth.

Gently observe the sounds that you are exposed to at this time.

What sounds can you hear close by?

Notice the sounds that are furthest away.

With each sound,

You become more relaxed.

What can you smell right now?

What scents are floating on the breeze?

What does the surface that you are sitting,

Standing or lying on feel to you right now?

Focus your attention on the way your body feels right now.

Notice how calm your heartbeat is.

Notice how calm and relaxed your breathing is.

Observe how relaxed you are feeling right now in your body in this moment.

Gently bring your attention to your breathing.

Feeling the air as you inhale and exhale.

Follow the path of the air that moves through your throat,

Into your lungs,

Into your lungs,

And back out again.

Allow in your mind to be completely relaxed.

Allow yourself to be present in this now.

As you inhale,

Visualize energy,

Vitality,

Life force entering your body.

As you exhale,

Feel your body release toxins,

Stress,

And any negativity that has accumulated.

Feel the energy that is within your body.

Become aware of the warmth and tingling of every cell.

Feel the energy that is surrounding you.

As you inhale,

You breathe in the life force energy that is surrounding you.

It is bright and warm like sunlight.

See a shining glow of bright energy over the crown of your head.

Feel it as it begins to travel down into your body.

As it enters the top of your head,

Your crown chakra,

It slowly moves down into your face and neck,

Traveling down into the shoulders,

All the way down into the arms,

Down to the fingers.

Feel the healing energy and light moving down into your chest,

Down your torso,

Into your hips.

It's moving down into your thighs,

Your knees,

Your legs,

Your ankles,

All the way to your toes.

Your whole body is filled with divine healing and light.

Allow this healing energy to circulate within you and around you.

Feel it warming,

Healing,

Expanding in your body.

Allow the healing light to bring peace and healing to any emotional issues or traumas.

Bring your awareness to any intentions or desires that you currently have.

Hold the thought of your intentions and desires and allow the healing divine energy to bring your deepest desires to the surface,

To your life,

Into reality.

Feel the connection to the divine healing energy and light and know that all is one.

Stay with this deep,

Relaxing,

Peaceful feeling of bliss.

Begin to come back into your body,

Back to the space that you are in.

Relax into your body.

Relax into the now.

When you experience that deep relaxation,

When your mind is silent,

That is the baseline of you.

It is where homeostasis begins to take over.

It is the best thing that you can do.

Return to your centered baseline which restores harmony in your physical,

Mental and spiritual bodies.
