Stress is a normal part of life and can be very motivating but when it is constant, it overwhelms us. In this meditation we will use progressive muscle relaxation and the stress that we feel to ultimately find some relief. We will spend some time allowing ourselves to down-requlate and find the relief of being able to rest and digest.
