Your chakras,

The beautiful energy vortexes within you,

Are magnificent and powerful.

They are energy centers situated throughout your body.

Your chakras,

When clear and working beautifully,

Keep you balanced,

Clear and able to heal.

They affect all aspects of your body,

The physical,

The mental,

The emotional and the spiritual.

Let us begin to clear,

Nourish and reinvigorate these amazing energy centers.

Begin by listening to my voice and bringing your awareness to your breathing.

Nice,

Easy,

Gentle breathing.

Allow any thoughts that come into your mind to just be acknowledged and allow them to move on.

There is no resistance to the thoughts,

To trying to keep any thoughts from entering your mind.

Any resistance will only engage them.

Allow them to enter and flow out effortlessly.

At any point of losing your focus,

Just bring yourself back to your breathing.

This will recenter you and refocus you.

This is a space of ease and comfort,

Not a space of having to do anything perfectly right.

Your soul knows the way.

Your mind will eventually follow.

You will notice as you breathe in this gentle,

Easy manner,

The focus will shift.

The active mind will eventually start to settle.

You,

Your true self,

Will start to shift the strength from the overactive mind.

There is no time for you.

We are simply enjoying a journey.

I would like you to imagine stepping into an elevator made of glass.

It is a comforting feeling as you step in and the doors close behind you.

You feel safe and secure as if you were held in a warm embrace.

A gentle movement begins as the elevator begins to descend.

It becomes a beautiful journey as you make your way through the layers of the earth,

Encased in these glass walls.

Imagine the witnessing of the layers of the soil,

Slate,

Rock as the elevator continues down this path to the very center,

To the very core of the earth.

Witness the sensations in your body as you move towards connecting with the center of the earth.

This beautiful grounding energy may feel a bit heavy within you as it anchors you to the earth.

Being grounded is still very important in your life.

It keeps you anchored and solid,

Strong and resilient.

As your journey continues downwards,

Know you are reaching the very center of the earth as a beautiful red energy,

Bright and rich,

Starts to surround you.

Your root chakra lies at the base of your spine.

This amazing energy vortex,

Which resembles a red ball of spinning energy,

Is now reacting to being at the core of the earth.

Your root chakra is about feeling safe and secure in this world of ours.

You feel this chakra start to clear itself as it responds to the earth's energy,

Reigniting in a healthier manner,

Clearing out any energetic blocks that have been preventing it from being in perfect working order,

Clear and balanced.

Witness this beautiful color,

The vibrant red,

Expand from the root chakra and permeate throughout your body,

Clearing and healing all that it touches,

Physically,

Emotionally and spiritually.

Breathe into the feeling of safety and security that enfolds you now.

As the elevator starts a slow ascension,

Moving upwards,

Bring your awareness to just below your navel,

Just below your belly button.

Here you will find your sacral chakra.

The sacral chakra begins to activate a little more fluidly as you bring your attention to it.

This spinning ball of energy is a beautiful orange in color.

See the brightest orange as you witness this chakra respond and start clearing itself of any stagnant energy,

Any blockages.

It begins to spin faster as it clears.

The sacral chakra is your center of creativity,

Enjoyment,

Pleasure and sexuality.

Allow this beautiful energy vortex to clear and allow this glowing orange light to expand out and encompass you in its warm embrace,

Filling your body.

You will notice the root chakra and the sacral chakra reconnect in the beginning of a new beautiful dance of blending effortlessly together,

Each one complimenting the other as they begin this renewal of security,

Safety,

Enjoyment and pleasure.

You are still slowly ascending and coming back to where you started as we become aware of the solar plexus chakra.

This powerhouse is located just near the top of your abdomen.

This chakra is yellow in color,

As bright and as brilliant as the glorious sun.

The solar plexus is all about personal power,

Strength,

Confidence and will.

Feel this beautiful ball of energy as it responds to your attention,

Knowing it is clearing itself.

The yellow becomes more vibrant,

The flow of its spin more effortless as it continues its clearing.

Allow the brilliant yellow to move through your body,

Clearing and healing all it touches.

Feel the reconnection now as the chakra now comes back into alignment with the root and sacral chakras in their new clear state and joins their dance of unison.

The elevator continues its move upwards in a slow gentle manner as you bring your awareness to your heart chakra.

Your heart chakra,

Situated in your chest,

May be emerald green in color,

The softest or brightest pink,

Or a combination of both.

Feel the color become more vibrant as this amazing heart center begins to clear itself.

This amazing energy vortex is all about love,

Although not just love for others,

But very importantly,

Love for self.

This is where many of us have difficulty.

This is where the shifting starts to occur.

Allow this glorious chakra to heal and clear away any and all negative impacts that is held here,

Replacing it all with pure,

Unconditional love.

The knowing of the brilliant soul that you are.

The knowing of how we are all connected.

Bring your awareness to your throat chakra,

Situated in the center of your throat.

The color here is a soft baby blue.

This is your communication center.

As the throat chakra starts to clear any blockages,

Feel this beautiful blue hue become brighter.

Your throat chakra is about speaking the truth,

Your ability to communicate.

These highly intelligent chakras know just how to heal and clear when your attention is brought forth to them.

Allow any blockages,

Fears,

Inability to speak your truths move gently from the chakra as it starts to spin so much more effortlessly,

Continuously clearing.

Allow this clear,

Beautiful baby blue color expand outwards and fill you in its calming energy.

Know that it now reconnects into a melodic dance of spinning ease and graceful flow with the root,

The sacral,

The solar plexus,

And the heart chakras.

Gliding upwards through the beautiful sky in this magical glass case,

I ask that you bring your attention to your third eye chakra,

Located between the brow in the middle of your forehead.

This energy vortex is a purple or indigo colored ball of spinning energy.

This is your psychic center.

This amazing chakra is white or violet in color and is located at the top of your head.

Your crown chakra is your connection to the divine.

They waltz in their myriad of energy in perfect synchronicity,

Knowing again the invigorating red of the root chakra as you touch upon each of the chakras once more.

The vibrant orange of the sacral,

The illuminating yellow of the solar plexus,

The healing green or nurturing pink of the heart chakra,

The soothing baby blue of the throat chakra.

The majestic purple or violet of the third eye chakra and the brilliance of the high vibrational white energy of the crown chakra.

Allow this experience to be committed to cell memory.
