Welcome to the fourth practice in the *Abundance Series*, designed to help you dissolve fear and align with the vibration of abundance. In this session, you’ll create a positive trigger to invoke a sense of peace and calm, which you can use whenever fear arises. Fear is a natural part of life, but it often blocks us from manifesting what we desire because it lowers our vibration. This meditation provides a powerful tool to dissolve fear and restore balance, helping you match the energy of your desires. For best results, listen with headphones to fully experience the binaural beats. Hello and welcome to the fourth session to tap into your abundance dissolving to dust.

You know,

Often the thing that is preventing us from accessing our abundance is the energy of fear.

Yet fear is a normal and natural part of life.

If it were not for fear,

Our ancestors would not have survived.

Fear prevents us from killing ourselves.

It is not something we need to run away from or even call the enemy.

Instead,

We can view it as something useful and we get to learn how to allow the fear to be present and to be dissolved when it is no longer useful,

Allowing it to dissipate.

So many people shy away from their power and avoid living their lives because of fear.

The fear of rejection,

The fear of pain,

The fear of not being good enough,

The fear of failure even,

And of course,

The fear of death.

So what if we invited these fears in as a natural part of life?

What if we accepted that when we face these fears,

They dissolve so easily?

In this session,

We will create a subconscious program to call in the energy of release and the energy of peace to help us to cope with fear when it shows up.

We will create a hand gesture that will be associated with this feeling.

Take a moment to play with one of your hands and find a comfortable gesture that you can use to invoke this sense of calm.

Allow it to be simple.

Allow it to be something you can easily do.

Think also of a color that feels calming and reassuring for you.

It doesn't matter what color you choose.

What matters is what that color means for you.

Think also of a specific word.

Let it be a simple word and let it be a word that invokes the feeling that for you is the opposite of fear.

It might be the word calm.

It may be the word peace.

Or maybe it's even water.

Or relax.

For some of you,

It may even be useful to make up a word or a sound that feels good for you.

If you are not ready to move on knowing your word,

Sound and gesture,

Please pause the audio now until you have settled upon your word,

Sound and gesture.

The repeating of this session and the use of the gesture will solidify this program and make it more potent.

Begin to tap into your breath.

Allowing that breath to deepen.

Granting yourself permission to expand your stomach and to slow the breath right down.

Granting the body permission to fully relax.

Letting go of any tension,

Thoughts or worries upon the exhale.

Sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation.

5.

Letting go of the day thus far.

Perhaps you can even feel that the heartbeat has slowed right down.

Allowing relaxation to be the state of your being.

Allow relaxation.

Allow relaxation.

Beginning to come into a peaceful state of mind where it is easy to program.

And stepping into the infinity,

The timeless space,

The infinity of being within the self.

Accepting that relaxation is your state of being.

Fully ready to receive this program.

Call your abundance guide to aid in this programming.

Feel that presence arrive.

And feel the support that you receive from the universe,

From spirit.

Allow yourself to imagine,

To pretend if you will,

That you are surrounded by your calming colour.

Perhaps it swirls around you.

Allow this colour to encompass you.

Maybe it has a soft or a warm feeling to it.

Maybe it's fluffy like a cloud.

Allow your body to feel relaxation and a heightened sense of calm as this colour surrounds you.

In your mind,

Say your word.

Open your eyes wide and see the word spelling out in front of you or scrolling past you in your mind's eye.

See and feel the colour.

Hear and see the word.

And make your gesture.

Hold that gesture now.

Begin to associate this gesture with this feeling of relaxation,

Of calm,

Of release.

This is the space where fear dissolves.

This is the space where anxiety completely shifts away.

This is your powerful,

Magical symbol or trigger to bring in a sense of peace and calm.

From this moment onwards,

Whenever you make this gesture,

You will be surrounded by this amazing,

Gentle,

Calming energy in your chosen colour.

You will see and hear your word in your mind space and you will feel a sense of calm washing over you gently like rain,

Soft,

Cleansing water.

This feeling dissolves any fear,

Washing it away,

Allowing it to dissipate with ease.

Maybe it moves from you like dust from a surface or maybe it dissolves as if it's in a glass of water.

Maybe it even leaves you as a puff of smoke.

Whenever you feel the fear coming over,

You only need make this gesture and you will immediately feel a sense of relief coming over you.

As you remember the power you have to alter your own state of being.

As you remember that fear is nothing to fear,

That it is a useful emotion,

That you are in control.

As you listen to the sound of water washing,

Allow yourself to feel your energy being washed clean.

Anything that does not serve you easily releases,

Easily dissolves,

Easily leaves as easily as it came in.

Allow yourself to play with making your gesture and feeling the energy come in through your imagination and feel the release in your body,

Your mind and your energetic being.

Then release the gesture,

Pause and make it again and feel the effect it has on your state of being.

Allow yourself to play with the sensations of gesture and gestural states of being.

Please note that releasing the gesture does not take you back to another state of being but rather the use of the gesture brings you deeper into the desired state of being.
