Dr. Lynn Rossy is a health psychologist specializing in mindfulness and yoga for eating, moving and living with greater joy and ease. She is the author of the Mindfulness-Based Eating Solution and Savor Every Bite. She is the President of the Center for Mindful Eating and teaches a ten-week mindful eating program called Eat for Life to people around the world. She teaches a yearly yoga retreat in Costa Rica.
