Gently close the eyes and let yourself breathe.

Let your shoulders fall.

Let your body soften.

Let yourself arrive.

Your presence is your power.

And although it may not seem easy or natural to stay present,

Every time you make the choice to show up,

You've already arrived.

Let the corners of your mouth turn up.

Let yourself feel the peace that comes with your presence.

Let yourself feel your power.

Let yourself smile into that power.

Imagine a beautiful white light stirring overhead.

Imagine that divine white light enters through the crown of the head,

Moving down through the third eye,

The throat,

The heart,

The solar plexus,

The sacral chakra,

And finally the root.

And it continues down through the legs,

Out through the soles of the feet,

And rebounds back up.

Posing at the solar plexus,

Beginning to stir,

Awakening your fire.

Feeling that divine white light stirring at the belly,

Begin to notice how it moves in a clockwise direction,

Amplifying that fire energy,

That beautiful sun yellow energy,

Heat,

Strength,

Power.

And as you begin to step into that power,

Tap into that power,

It begins to move through your entire body.

This power lights you up and unlocks pieces of yourself that perhaps have never even been touched,

Have perhaps been forgotten about,

Or maybe even pushed away.

All of it is you.

All of it is powerful.

Take a big breath into that,

Into yourself,

Into all of you.

You are powerful,

You are secure,

You are safe,

You are confident,

You are capable,

You are worthy,

You are enough.

And as you sit with this divine white light,

This fire energy stirring at the belly moving through every cell within you,

Quietly allow your truest self to come forward.

And as you sit with this divine white light,

This fire energy stirring at the belly moving Begin to deepen your breath.

Allow yourself to quietly come back into the room,

Into your body,

Into this moment.

Know that you have never left this moment.

Take a few deep breaths.

Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Gently roll your head and neck from right to left.

And awaken to this moment.

Moment to moment,

Breath by breath.

Your presence is not only powerful,

But a gift.

Take your time coming out.

And when you're ready.

Take a moment to reflect on any images,

Any signs,

Any colors,

Any sensations,

Any messages that may have come through.

And stay present to all of the miracles that surround us on the day to day,

Moment to moment,

Breath by breath basis.

Whether they're there for the taking.

I absolutely love this meditation and have been listening to it every day for a long time. The chime at the end feels abrasive to me. I ask for it to be removed, or replaced with something softer. Thank you for your consideration. Blessings ~

Great! Gentle but wonderful reminder. Not taking a star off for this, but it ends a little abruptly. Would be nice to extend it by a few seconds and let the music fade out or come to a more natural finish.
