She works using an integrative model (which means incorporating different therapeutic styles) depending on the patient and the circumstances. Her main modalities are logotherapy, existential analysis along with energy healing. Coupling therapy with energy work is her preferred approach and has proven to be the most effective with her patients. She runs an online private practice, writes on Substack and contributes each month to the Health and Wellbeing Magazine. Mahé's therapy sessions are available in either English or French.
