Marco Pino is a lifelong student of the teachings of the Indian yogis. Today, Marco teaches moving meditation (hatha yoga), sitting still meditation (dhyana yoga), breathing meditation (pranayama), and mindfulness. He follows the teachings of the Himalayan masters and the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
