
Too Exhausted To Sleep (Safe Descent)
For nights when effort no longer works, when the body is exhausted and sleep still won't come. There is nothing to focus on, visualize, or control. This works with gravity and the body's response to being held: weight, contact, the surface doing the work. Nothing needs to happen for rest to occur. No technique. No visualisations. Nothing to achieve. If you wake during the night, use one of the shorter resets. If exhaustion is there but tension is keeping the body from settling, "Body Won't Let Go" works the same way with a tighter physical focus.
