Explore MeditationMariam is a Yoga Alliance Certified 500hr RYT + 200hr E-RYT, holding certifications in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Trauma Informed Yoga, Embodied Yin and Yoga Nidra. Practicing yoga + mindfulness for 15 years and teaching for close to a decade, she leads weekly studio classes, workshops, private & corporate sessions as well as Yoga Teacher Trainings both locally and internationally. Along with yoga, her teachings often include various styles of breath work as well as visualization and mindfulness meditation techniques. While she loves teaching, Mariam will forever be a student first. She learns so much from those she has the privilege to teach and finds it an honor to watch their journey unfold through their practice. Practitioners can expect her guidance to be nurturing, supportive and intuitive, hopefully nudging them towards cultivating deeper self awareness each time they step on the mat or sit down to meditate.
