Hello friends.
I welcome you to this guided affirmation session.
Before we begin with this practice,
Make sure you sit comfortably.
You can lie down or you can do this practice even while walking.
Avoid doing these practices while driving or while doing something that requires your full attention.
Take this time for you to relax and to give yourself the gift of peace.
Giving yourself time is one of the most vital things you can do to feel the present moment and to later give the people around you what they need.
You cannot possibly pour from an empty cup,
So let's fill your cup.
Take a deep breath with me through the nose.
Exhale out the nose.
Inhale let the air expand you.
Exhale become empty of breath.
Last time inhale to find your center.
Exhale let everything settle.
Read the following affirmations silently in your mind or feel free to speak them out loud.
The choice remains yours.
Today I am choosing to live in the present moment.
My thoughts and intentions determine my reality.
The world that I live in is calm and peaceful.
I deepen my breath.
I am giving my attention to the here and now.
I feel alive in the present moment.
The past is gone.
The present moment is all I have.
The present moment is my connection to the source.
Now I am peaceful,
Calm and present.
I give myself permission to slow down.
When I am present I see beauty and joy around me.
Today I will share my joy with the people around me.
To best care for others I must first take care of myself.
I radiate calmness.
I am content with where I am right now because I am exactly where I need to be.
I love being here.
My breath is deep.
My power is in the now.
I am excited for the day that is waiting for me.
I approach things in my own unique ways.
My ways are always peaceful.
I know where my center is.
I always find my center with my deep breath.
I am able to go through challenges in a calm way.
I don't fear challenges because mindfulness has my back.
I have my back.
Today I will focus on the things that I can control.
I will do the same tomorrow.
My thoughts are under my control and I drive them in a positive direction.
I navigate my feelings intelligently.
I give my full attention to my interactions with people.
I honor myself just as I am.
