Find a comfortable position where you can fully rest.
If you are lying in bed,
Adjust your body so that every part has its own space and freedom.
Once you have found the right position,
Close your eyes and let my voice guide you to a place of calm and well-being.
Begin to connect with your breath,
Becoming aware of the air you inhale,
Filling you with tranquility and the air you exhale,
Releasing any tension in your body.
With each breath,
Feel yourself relaxing more and more,
Reaching a state of deep serenity.
Soften the expression on your face,
Release any remaining tension in your body,
And breathe deeply.
Exhale through your mouth,
Letting go of any lingering tension.
Continue breathing consciously,
Deeply and naturally.
Feel your body becoming lighter and more relaxed.
Inhale gently,
Exhale slowly,
And notice how your body feels lighter,
Almost as if you are floating on a cloud.
Imagine yourself lying on a cloud.
Feel the softness and lightness of this cloud that supports you.
Visualize yourself rising with it,
Feeling weightless,
Moving with the wind.
Merge with the sensation of being on that cloud,
Completely surrendering to the relaxation and calm it provides.
The cloud holds you,
Protects you,
And envelops you in a feeling of peace and safety.
You feel free from all fear or worry.
Feel the air around you,
Float and unite with the universe in this space of calm and silence that resides within you.
From your cloud,
Observe the starry sky.
Contemplate the glow of each star,
And feel how each one has a message for you.
In that sky,
Your dreams,
Joys,
Struggles,
And inner light are reflected.
Contemplating the starry sky,
Become aware of your greatness,
Your strength,
Your peace,
And your place in the world.
Continue visualizing that starry sky,
Merge with the light of each star,
Breathe in their brilliance and the vastness of the universe.
Feeling as if you are flying on your warm soft cloud that supports you,
Brings you peace,
And allows you to rest.
In this cloud,
In the middle of this sky,
You feel secure and free,
Letting go of all fear or worry about the future.
You are part of the universe,
Of that infinite and creative energy.
You can rest.
You can sleep in peace,
Knowing that everything is well in your world.
Continue inhaling and exhaling deeply and softly,
Glimpsing the lights of the stars shining in the distance.
Connect with your breath,
Preparing for rest.
Allow your body to relax completely,
Softening any areas that hold tension.
Enjoy this space of calm and silence that resides within you.
Slowly,
Feel your body on the bed,
Notice the touch of your feet,
Your hands,
And your back.
Breathe in the awareness of a state of deep relaxation.
Allow yourself to rest for a few more minutes,
Or prepare to sleep,
Breathing in your inner peace,
And enjoying the calm of being here and now.
Keep breathing consciously,
