Snippets of Wisdom number 44,
The Art of Joy.
Do you practice the art of joy?
Do you practice finding new ways to create joy in your life?
Do you recognize the small joys along life's path?
I believe we are all here to experience as much joy as possible.
I believe that experiencing joy is our purpose because we are joy embodied.
So when we experience joy,
We are experiencing our truest selves.
We come to know who we are in the oneness of spirit,
Mind,
And body.
Abraham Hicks says that we came in this life with a triad of intention,
Freedom,
Growth,
And joy.
Freedom is the basis of life.
Everything we live is for the purpose of experiencing more freedom.
Growth is inevitable as eternal beings who are constantly expanding and sifting through contrast and choosing what we prefer.
And joy is our purpose.
They also say you are pure positive energy that translates into the human emotion of joy.
We are translating our pure positive energy when we feel the emotion of joy.
So how can we practice the art of joy?
We begin looking for moments of joy throughout the day.
When we look for something like joy,
The universe feels our vibrational request and must yield to us our desire.
So if we set our intention on finding joy,
We will begin noticing pockets of joy everywhere.
Why would I refer to it as the art of joy?
Art is an inherent talent.
Yet it can also be honed and fine-tuned to make us more proficient and excel in our craft.
So the more we practice our art,
The better we get at it.
Here are just a few ways to practice your art of joy.
The joy of your home.
The joy of your body's well-being.
The joy of your family and friends.
The joy of your work,
Business,
Career,
Or job.
The joy of doing what you love.
The joy of Mother Nature.
The joy of quiet time,
Meditation,
Or prayer.
The joy of adventures by visiting new places or creating new experiences.
Look into each of these areas and notice the joy that is contained in each.
What would you add to this list to increase your artful joy proficiency?
When you feel joy for any of these,
You are experiencing more of who you are.
Now you're ready to share more joy with the world and the all that is.
Display your artwork of joy everywhere.
Big Hugs,
Marianne
