Welcome to today's practice.
As you allow yourself to settle into either a seated or laying down position,
Just allow yourself to take the time to settle in for a journey ahead.
And it's important that,
You know,
Physically you claim the space so that mentally and emotionally you can do some of the deeper work today.
With today's work,
We'll just be finding out how to make the shift from challenges in our life that leave us feeling disconnected from ourself and disconnected from others and to really move back into a space of connection and the ability to shine in our lives.
And whatever life circumstances you're with,
Know that your ability to recognize them and to bring yourself to practice is the first step.
It can also help to create some space from that which disconnects us by really inviting a deeper breath and the element of air and space into the body.
This truly inviting for a moment your breath to be deep and as you deepen your breath and invite in the elements of air and space.
And we just create this space with many of the thoughts and feelings which leave us separated.
Hmm.
To reconnect,
To reconnect with the deep sense of being and presence of being alive.
So know that you can create space.
Know that you can reconnect.
And trust that new fresh energy,
New intentions can come forth.
And it all starts by feeling this reconnection to spaciousness in yourself.
Hmm.
