Welcome to this guided meditation for manifesting your dreams.

I invite you to find somewhere comfortable.

You can lie down or you can sit up either in a traditional meditation posture or in a comfortable reclining one.

Whatever feels good and nourishing for your body in this moment.

Just begin to come into this space.

Come into your body.

You are safe.

There is nothing you need to do right now other than be here and breathe and listen.

Taking a few deep breaths,

We'll start with a few sighs.

This is my favorite practice for releasing tension and for tuning up your vagus nerve that regulates your emotional regulation system.

So take a deep inhale and just sigh it out audibly if you can.

Just taking a few sighs,

Just letting that energy out,

Letting some tension go.

Just settling into this moment,

Feeling wherever you're sitting.

Maybe you can feel your sit bones resting on the chair,

On a pillow or on the earth.

We'll start with a grounding cord.

Imagine a cord is dropping down from the base of your body,

Down through the floorboards,

Into the ground,

Through the earth,

Down into the center of the earth.

This cord is just wrapping around the center of the earth and you are tethered and you are fully connected to the earth.

Feeling how relaxed and calm and grounded you are.

You can imagine any tension in your body,

Any worries or thoughts just draining down into that cord,

Into the earth.

Mother Earth loves to take on this energy and transmute it into beauty,

Into life.

Just let everything,

Any tension,

Any worries,

Anxiety or thoughts just drain out into the earth.

I want you to create an open space inside of you.

You can imagine that you're a bubble floating in the summer breeze,

Just feeling the spaciousness inside of you.

I'm imagining that the thin film of the bubble pops and now you're just space and you are that summer breeze,

That summer morning.

You are spaciousness.

You are all that is.

There's no separation.

The lines of your skin have disappeared and you're just open.

You're just space.

Totally relaxed,

Totally safe.

Now begin to bring into your heart,

Into your mind's eye this dream that you have.

It could be something specific that you want to manifest in your life.

It could just be a general feeling that you want more of.

Could be a vision for your dream life or a vision of something that you feel is in alignment with your soul.

It's something that would complete you and bring a ground base of joy to your life to build upon.

So bringing that vision to your heart,

Into your mind's eye,

Whatever it is,

See that vision before you as clearly as you can.

Any details that will make it richer.

Maybe some smells or sounds that are particular to your dream or vision.

Maybe it's the way that you'll feel when you're living it.

So as you're imagining,

Feeling,

Seeing your vision,

I want you to step into it.

So imagine yourself standing and imagine again there's this thin membrane of a bubble that's separating you from your dream life,

From your vision that you want to manifest from your dream.

I want you to reach out your hand in front of you and just touch this thin bubble membrane and it pops.

And now you are in the dream,

You're in your vision and take a few steps into your dream,

Into your vision.

And maybe you're observing yourself in your dream.

Maybe you're observing what life would look like around you living in this dream,

In this vision.

And just let yourself drink it in.

Let yourself feel in your entire body what it feels to be living inside of this dream.

It's already happened.

It's already manifested.

This is a reality and you are in it now.

And you can begin to feel the emotions,

The sensations of living in this dream as fully,

If not more than fully than if it was actually real because it is.

So feeling fully,

You are in your vision,

You are in your dream.

It's already happened.

And you're feeling all the emotions washing over you.

The excitement,

The joy,

The relief and just the sheer amazement and awe that you've arrived.

That you are here in this space that you so wished for and longed for.

It's all here,

It's all real,

It's all present.

Breathe it in,

Take a deep breath in.

Breathing in this dream and this vision.

Allowing yourself to move through it and feel in your heart all of the feelings that you imagine you will feel when this comes true.

And this is your reality that you are living in.

Live in it now.

Feel it now.

Feel the joy,

Feel the awe and the wonder.

The sense of amazement,

The sense of power that you can imagine and you can desire and then you can have it,

You can create it,

You can manifest it.

Feel it in your bones,

This knowing that what you dream of,

What you long for was made for you.

It's already done.

So take a few moments to just be and feel your vision,

Your dream as deeply as you can.

Feel all of the emotions,

Feel all of the sensations of living your dream.

Let's take a few moments to just be and feel your vision.

Let's take a few moments to just be and feel your vision.

Let's take a few moments to just be and feel your vision.

Let's take a few moments to just be and feel your vision.

Now come back to your breath.

Feel the air moving in and out of your lungs.

Feel the ease of this flow and realize that this same ease exists for you in manifesting and creating whatever you desire from the deepest parts of your soul and your heart.

Your dreams are why you're here.

You are allowed to move toward them.

It is your highest calling.

After this meditation,

I invite you to spend some time journaling or just daydreaming about what baby steps could you take to move toward this dream that's in your heart,

This vision.

And it could be something simple,

Something tiny,

Maybe just googling.

How do I do this?

How does someone move to Italy?

How does someone become a paleontologist?

Are there any groups nearby that you could join online or virtual?

How does someone become an opera singer?

You have these dreams and visions for a reason.

They are not stupid.

They're not silly.

They're not wrong.

They are part of who you are,

Who you came here to be.

They're part of your soul.

Let them guide you.

Make the actions as tiny as they might be,

Any actions that will move you toward your dream,

Your vision.

So a few final breaths here.

Do a few more sighs.

Just releasing any tension,

Any doubt,

Any fear,

Any shame,

Any worry or anxiety.

Releasing it into the air,

Into the earth to be transmuted,

Transformed and alchemized into magic and moving back into this reality,

This present world,

But taking with you that knowing in your bones that you have a dream and you have the permission and the power to move toward that dream.

And I can't wait to see you living there.
