This is a 3 part course on understanding the philosophy of yoga and how the goal of yoga is directly tied into Feng Shui principles. Part 1 you explore the Tree of Yoga, yamas and niyamas, in a clear and relatable way to daily life. How do you live yoga? Part 2 you look at what disturbs you from your meditative mind, your calm and peaceful self. This will include the yoga diet, your environment, and the effects of stress on health. Feng Shui principles again will be tied in. part 3 Nitya will share some clutter stories to better understand the impact of living in a mess. You will learn about the 5 elements and how this affects different aspects of your life. How to create a sacred space for meditation and what are the obstacles you might face in making this accessible. You will use a compass to locate the direction you are facing in your meditaiton and how different directions generate a unique focus and benefit.
