Gaya Yoga Sanctuary

Gaya Yoga Sanctuary is a space for connection, inspiration, and transformation. This community is for yogis, meditators, and seekers who want to deepen their practice, gather in a 'virtual' sacred space, and support one another on the journey. Here, you’ll find recommendation on guided meditations, mindful discussions, and a place to share your experiences. Your participation also helps support Dogs and Cats of Antigua, a charity dedicated to rescuing and caring for stray animals in need. Magic is afoot when people come together and coalesce their energy toward a common goal, guided by love instead of fear.
