Guided breath & meditation: coming home

This circle will be a sacred circle. One where there are no expectations and no right or wrong. Instead, just an openness to experiencing whenever arises, curiosity and compassion. I will guide you in some simple breathing to settle the nervous system, and then I will lead you in a short guided meditation. I also incorporate hand mudras and body oriented meditation using our hands. Looking forward to sharing the present with you.
