Mindfulnest

We are a mindful community engaged with 'love-minded' people. We gather regularly for short meditations and discussion with the intention of connecting 'minds full' of support, compassion and energy. From here (and now), we spread our wings and fly! The origin of this group stems from the online mindfulnest.org gatherings that began in 2020. The catalyst was simply a desire to connect during a time of global disconnect. We practice still (and stillness lol) and expand it, here and now. This 'nest' is a work in progress, every fiber contributed by YOU! Although we cannot go back to being eggs, the life experience we share makes this a warm, welcoming, womb with a view!
