Morning Meditation for Mental Health

Are you the drop or are you the ocean? Are you a separate individual or a part of the interconnected world of people, place, plants and animals? Of course you are both! This is a morning meditation to start the day right. To find strength within community, to build personal resilience and to tap into universal web of life and energy. It takes 21 minutes for an energetic shift in your system, therefore each meditation is 21 minutes. There will be a little chit chat either side or simply time just to arrive. The meditation will be guided and will tap into your joy. We practice radical acceptance of where we at any given moment or day. We accept your suffering and work together to transform it. No blame, no shame, just love.
