Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin,
Close your eyes and get yourself in a comfortable position.
Taking a moment to set an intention for this meditation.
What are you ready to manifest,
To bring in?
What are you ready to change in your life?
And what are you ready to let go of,
To release?
Let's begin by focusing on the very thing that you are ready to let go of,
To release.
Take a moment to think about what it is in your daily life that holds you back,
That keeps you small.
And now invite the thoughts that are attached to this,
The story that you have told yourself over and over again.
And how does this story make you feel?
What emotions arise?
And just notice how your body reacts,
The feelings and the sensations that come to the surface.
And I invite you to sit with these emotions and we are going to try something a little different this time.
We are no longer going to suppress it,
Feel guilty about it or shame.
We are going to embrace it,
Open ourselves up completely to it.
Maybe even love these emotions for what they are.
Moving into a place of non-judgment,
Moving into a place of non-resistance,
Moving into a place of unconditional love.
And the more you merge with these emotions,
The more the energy expands and becomes one.
No longer allowing parts of you to go against one another,
But inviting all parts of you to unconditionally love each other.
And just breathe through it,
Opening yourself up to it,
Embracing it,
Accepting it and loving it as best as you can.
This is transforming your energy,
Transforming its energy.
Allowing yourself to release all of that tension and suddenly and finally feeling some kind of relief.
And now think about the thing that you are ready to bring into your life.
What are you ready for?
What new adventure do you want to welcome?
What new experiences do you want to feel?
Take a moment to think about that.
And pay attention to your thoughts now,
Just embracing these thoughts and the new story that you will be telling yourself.
From an empowered,
Self-loving place.
And now notice your emotions,
How these thoughts make you feel and how open your energy and your body becomes.
Embrace it,
Feel it,
Be with it.
Noticing all kinds of attachment and expectation,
But simply enjoying,
Embracing and loving these emotions,
These thoughts and these feelings completely.
And as you feel,
Allow these emotions to expand beyond you and outside of you.
As if you could see a frequency flowing within and around you,
Moving and dancing.
And just allow it to grow and expand,
Merging with the frequencies around you,
Becoming one with all and everything.
Merging with your environment,
Melting with the energies around you and within you and just absolute oneness and peace.
And slowly,
Slowly beginning to return now,
Bringing your focus to your heart and taking a moment of gratitude.
Saying yes to the gifts,
The blessings and the abundance that is to come.
Saying yes to your whole self as you are.
Gently slowly now expanding your awareness back into your body,
Back into the space.
Take your time.
When it feels right,
Open your eyes.
