She is the creator of the SEL Every Day Online Courses and the author of Teach, Breathe, Learn (Parallax Press, 2014) and SEL Every Day (Norton, 2019). Meena is ordained into the Tiep Hien Lineage (Order of Interbeing) under Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh and she's also trained to teach Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
