In this practice of yoga, Nidra will be exploring the body's inner luminous state Just passing through summer solstice through fire energy the energy of the solar plexus your third chakra This is the power to will and to will is to become luminous from the inside out What I will I attract and what I attract I've willed This is an understanding of the inner dialogue that you have running Is it in alignment with who you are and who you are becoming? Who you are remembering you've always been on This beautiful day of summer solstice. You are greeted with the opportunity to marry purpose and will through the powerful intention of Sankalpa At any time throughout the year summer solstice or any other time you have pure potential To create a strong relationship with purpose and will through the intention of Sankalpa Summer being a rapid time of transformation and growth Reflected through nature You can see this in yourself as well soften your body and Take the shape of corpse pose Shavasana Your whole body finding support through the floor or mattress Or soft surface that's supporting you As the body relaxes into the full support of the earth You can shift your inner awareness towards the center of the heart As all of our external senses bend inward towards the mantra of your heart the slow soft steady beat That's been with you since your first breath and before Become aware of the solar plexus Chakra just below the spiritual heart in the upper portion of the belly the abdomen Right underneath the umbrella of the ribcage and sternum as your eyes close You're attuned to the soft beat of your heart Imagine as though a yellow luminous light begins to glow through the solar plexus chakra And this light takes on the color of the brilliance of a thousand suns And the heat through your body begins to build As you welcome this inner luminous light Allow your body to become a soft blanket of human skin and bones Draped over the floor or what is supporting you see if you can melt your edges your borders your breath into a soft pool of support Formless shapeless and as your physical shape transforms to become fluid like water Calm still Reflective your skin takes on the mirror of glass Reflecting the Sun from above You burn like a thousand suns glowing luminary Miraculous Wherever your awareness is placed the glowing pool of self swirls and dances becoming charged with energy and Beginning to take on its own form Where awareness lands? Breath is energy using your mind's eye Study your formless form glowing luminary Shapeshifting as breath is moved in and out in and out Like the rolling tide of the ocean Count your rolling tide of breath as it moves you as if you are the ocean in Out in out with your body relaxed your mind centered on breath The marriage of your will and purpose through sankalpa becomes so much more powerful So much more intensified This has always been your heart's truth You've not found it You've remembered it. This is who you've already been We were born to be and just in this moment in this personality this reflection of I You've only momentarily forgotten What is it that you desire to feel? What is it that you desire to remember in this lifetime In a short succinct I am statement filled with conviction and power Say this resolve three times at the beating of your heart I am I am I am There's no need to suffer for your sankalpa For the truth of your heart It's this blanket of suffering that has kept you separate from the truth of your heart Know that it always is Was and has been yours And that you can let go of needing to hold on to it in this moment in this practice And allow what surface for you to come Into your view as aspects of personality Parts of yourself that you have identified with for a long time Allow this to bubble up To be able to be seen by the background of awareness background of who you are your soul's gaze The brain has a location point for every part of your body Whether this part of your body is present or has been removed The brain is still mapping the brain is still present with the energetic print of your physical body The brain and the body have a sacred connection and knowing within the body mind Without your body needing to be whole present and aware It already knows Stay so soft like a luminous pool of water Reflecting the sun's brilliance from your surface as the golden glow cascades across the surface of your melted body Let your mind find your right thumb And watch as energy surges through the imprint of where your thumb exists This could look like mountains dancing inside the brilliant reflection of the Sun That has become your liquid body Waves move over the imprint of your right forearm elbow upper arm and shoulder beautiful symphony of rain golden drops fall on each rib of the right side of your body and into each organ Right side body a ripple of energy moving across the imprint of your right leg And finding your toes one two three four five Feel the warmth of fluid as it moves over your right side body the whole of your right side body Illuminating the energetic imprint of your right side body Let the rush of golden light move from the right side body and transfer it over to the left side body Landing inside your left hand thumb Watch as energy surges where the imprint of your thumb exists dancing mountains Under the brilliant reflection of Sun Coming from your liquid body Watch as waves move over the imprint of your left forearm elbow upper arm and shoulder a golden symphony of rain falls on each rib the left side body and is absorbed by each organ left side body a ripple of energy moving across the imprint of your left leg Landing into each one of your toes one two three four five Feel the warmth of fluid as it moves over your left side body Illuminating the entire energetic imprint of your left side body left side body golden imprint of Energy through the left side body Merge all parts of yourself together And feel a gentle firming of awareness over your liquid body as all parts are found and Located inside the body mind and the soft pool of awareness whole body awareness as You bring together your head neck shoulders both arms torso hips both legs and all ten toes ten nine eight seven six five four three two one whole body awareness head to toes whole body awareness And it is easy to be pulled into the land of sleep Remember that you are practicing yoga nidra and awareness Allows you to see the truth of who you are hold awareness here Let awareness begin to Locate a dull pulse From inside your liquid body a blanket of blood bones skin tissue Listen for a dull pulse And search for the pulse of your heartbeat behind your ears and your throat the insides of each of your wrists In your hip creases and in your big toes let awareness expand across the entirety of your body as your heartbeat causes gentle ripple Through what is made of mostly water? Liquid pool Notice your breath Let it move gently over under Through And around you As the mind centers on your breath, You might be watching it shift slowly down As awareness drops into the very center of your breath counting backwards from seven six five awareness of awareness Four three two Melting loosening Opening one put your inner gaze at all the very center of the forehead your third eye chakra See yourself standing In front of a blazing bonfire in the middle of an open field the warm Sun at your back and fire The heat of the fire all across your naked skin Fire offers us the chance to cleanse move and regrow during the transmutation of fire a New life is birthed life death light this death and birth may be a creation a a relationship business a connection to your own self Whatever you're calling in is coming after the transformation of the fire all around the bonfire Are symbols of what you are holding on to? That must be burned to birth. What is next? You are the only one who knows what these symbols are You are the only one who can see them as you walk around the footprint of the fire What are these symbols? And what do they mean to you? What have you been holding on to? That's being asked to let go That must be burned to be birthed This is where the alchemy begins And this is where the Phoenix rises Take your time with any imagery memories Symbols that come through as You walk around the fire Each is here to serve you and grow you at this exact moment Take your time Stay awake Let your body be soft Welcome all the guidance There's a human suffering attached to Most if not all of the symbols that will rest around the fire This is our egos desire to control to want to change Even though we know it's complete It's already complete walk slowly and gently and As you pick up each symbol heart soaked in gratitude For the lessons that this has given you The growth that you have achieved The humanness that you have become When you're ready You can choose to place it back on the ground Or give it to the fire And if you give it to the fire The embers of the fire begin to grow Come alive and the fiery bird of the Phoenix Rises up through the center This Phoenix is your Sankalpa Its heart beats the same as yours feel into the energetic imprint of your heart their heart You are not separate Everything is connected here Listen to your heart's memory And your energetic connection to all that is the inner knowing The all-seeing Disidentified with your programming your personality This is the essence of you Become aware of the self that is everywhere You take a seat beside the fire Pull your arms up over your head Draw your shoulder blades into the spine Creating a pillow of support for your heart to rest back on As the sternum becomes buoyant towards the sky Let the heat of the fire into your heart center And welcome the words of your Sankalpa Welcome the words of your Sankalpa Welcome the words of your Sankalpa Time it to the beating of your heart Your heart beats this mantra You are this mantra I am I am I am Let each soft breath begin to call you back home Back home to your five sensory world Swallow into your mouth Remember that you are here inside this room Located where you are in the part of the world where you are and yet you are everywhere at the same time Listen Listen Listen so closely for the quietest sound Listen for the sound of life What being a living breathing human sounds like? Wherever you are Become aware of the walls that exist around you both physically and Energetically Come aware of the temperature of your skin the room outside and inside of you You are a duality here and there You are everywhere You are everywhere And you are so much more powerful Than we can begin to even fathom Breathe into your solar plexus your upper abdomen Let this be the light that guides you herium tatsat herium tatsat herium tatsat
