Hello,
Thank you for joining me this morning for these gratitude affirmations.
Thank you is one of the most powerful phrases that we have in the English language.
It somehow acknowledges that everything that we do is connected in some way,
And it redirects our focus back to being in a state of gratitude,
And that is a wonderful place to be.
So for that reason,
All of these affirmations will begin with the phrase,
Thank you.
You can choose to repeat them out loud after me,
Or maybe you just choose to repeat them in your mind.
You could also listen to them while you're on a walk or washing the dishes.
If you want to get into a comfortable meditative state or lie down,
You could do that too,
But know that it's not necessary.
So before we begin,
Let's take one deep breath in.
Through your nose,
Take a deep inhale,
And then hold it for just a moment,
And then slowly release all the air completely.
And let's begin.
Thank you for my life.
Thank you for my body.
Thank you for my thoughts.
Thank you for the food that nourishes me.
Thank you for my home where I feel safe.
Thank you for the hobbies I enjoy.
Thank you for the abundance of blessings in my life.
Thank you for the gift of another day.
Thank you for my health and the ability to heal when I am unwell.
Thank you for the opportunities that allow me to learn and to grow.
Thank you for the challenges that help me become stronger and wiser.
Thank you for all the beauty that surrounds me.
Thank you for the lessons that have changed me.
Thank you for the joys that have made me smile.
Thank you for the moments that have made me laugh.
Thank you for my friends,
Mentors,
And guides who inspire me and lift me up.
Thank you for the strength to overcome tough times.
Thank you for the freedom to choose and create my own path.
Thank you for the deep and meaningful connections in my life.
Thank you for the ability to forgive,
Let go,
And move on.
Thank you for the kindness of strangers.
Thank you for the chance to make a positive impact on this world.
Thank you for this moment of peace.
Thank you for this gift of life.
Thank you for today.
Let's wrap it up with one deep breath in through the nose.
Breathe in.
Hold for just a moment.
And then release the breath.
