Welcome to your moment of relaxation during an otherwise busy day.

I invite you to sit in a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in,

Allowing fresh air to fill your lungs.

And as you exhale,

Imagine the coolness of autumn air.

Imagine yourself as a strong,

Rooted tree with vibrant leaves turning colors in the time that is right for them.

Imagine any of your own thoughts or worries imprinted in the veins of the leaves.

These beautiful leaves are attached to the graceful branches of this rooted tree.

Continue to breathe in and out.

Imagine feeling peace and a quiet release as you let go of a leaf and observe as it gently drifts to the ground.

Watch as the wind carries away what no longer serves you.

Allow yourself space for new growth and limitless possibilities.

As a tree,

You are powerful and steady.

Your strength resides deep inside and this inner beauty shines on the outside.

By letting go of what you no longer need,

You can transform challenges into opportunities.

Continue to breathe slowly and deeply.

Feel yourself held in the comfort that release brings.

Everything you need is already within you.

You are ready for growth.

You are ready for transformation.

Trust in the process.

As you continue to breathe,

Place your hand on your heart's center.

Feel the steady rhythm of its beat as you take a few deep breaths in,

Holding those breaths for a few seconds,

And then breathing out.

When you are finished,

Bring your breath back to normal and repeat the following affirmation while continuing to relax.

Take one more deep breath,

And as you exhale,

Release any remaining thoughts or worries that you choose to let go.

When you're ready,

Gently return to the present moment and carry your affirmation with you throughout the day.
