Find a comfortable position and close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale let go of any tension in your body.

Imagine yourself sitting on a serene beach,

The gentle waves rolling in and out before you.

With each inhale,

Feel the fresh sea breeze filling your lungs,

Bringing clarity and awareness.

As you exhale,

Imagine the waves taking away any stress or worry.

Listen to the soothing sounds of the waves.

They're consistent rhythm grounding you in the present moment.

Picture the waves as they rise and fall,

Each one a reminder of the natural flow of life.

Allow yourself to be fully present with this moment,

Feeling the connection between your breath and the ocean's rhythm.

As you continue to breathe,

Feel a deep sense of peace and relaxation spreading throughout your body.

Know that you can return to this place of calm and serenity whenever you need to.

Slowly bring your awareness back to the room,

Wiggling your fingers and toes,

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes and keep breathing.

You got this.
