Continue breathing just as you are.

Scan your body just on the inside of your skin.

Going from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet.

Continue watching your breath.

Inside are parts of your body that are waiting to be reawakened.

They retain the echo of peace,

Calm and stillness.

With each breath,

Go in deeper.

With each breath,

Your body softening like melted ice cream that keeps its shape,

But as it warms up softens within itself.

Breathe into the softening.

A little more with each breath.

Maintaining attention to the intention to just being present within this moment.

Peace,

Calm,

Stillness.

Not wanting.

Going more deeply and secure inside as you let the surface be open to being more vulnerable.

Feeling the softening inside.

Going inward with your breath to join with the part of yourself that contains your happiness and joy.

As each bone in your body becomes alive with sensation,

You begin to notice a lightness in your hands as if they were floating in the air.

Your bones now glowing with energy.

Your hands tingling ever so slightly.

Inside are parts of your body that are waiting to be reawakened.

They retain the echo of peace,

Calm and stillness.

Find the one place that glows the brightest.

Breathe into the glow,

Fanning it with your breath and feeling it expanding into every cell of your body.

Filling with peace,

Calm and stillness.

Peace,

Calm,

Stillness.
