Good morning and thank you for joining me today.

We're going to do a beautiful morning meditation.

So find yourself in a really comfortable position perhaps even just laying in bed.

Maybe giving your shoulders a roll,

Feeling them melt down into your bed or to the earth.

Just inhaling and exhaling.

Just noticing your breath.

Seeing your lungs expanding and relaxing.

Just take a deep breath in and side out.

And again inhale.

Side out.

And one more.

So I invite you to close your eyes if this feels safe.

Perhaps close your lips and breathe in and out through just your nose.

Try not to change your breath just observing your natural rhythm of the inhale and the exhale.

Notice how it's settling in your body.

And we'll begin today's meditation.

Relaxing your jaw.

Unclenching your teeth.

Just relaxing.

Letting everything go.

I am calm and at peace.

I am grateful.

Life is a beautiful gift.

Every day I become a better version of myself.

I will make the most of this day.

My happiness grows stronger each and every day.

I am happy.

I am healthy.

And I am in love with life.

Today I will enjoy every moment to its fullest.

Today I will be kinder,

Smarter,

And wiser.

Today I will focus on the positive.

Each and every day is filled with joy and abundance.

I will surround myself with positive,

Loving people.

Sometimes your joy is the source of your smile.

But sometimes your smile can be the source of your joy.

Start your day with a deep breath.

Inhale all the love and goodness.

And exhale the tears,

Fears,

Worries,

And stress.

Then smile.

Filling your heart with compassion,

Love,

And kindness.

First for yourself and to all those around you.

Wishing you a beautiful morning and a beautiful day.
