Welcome to Day 17 of your mindfulness challenge.

Today we will pay attention to our breath doing butterfly taps.

Make an X with your wrist in front of your chest with your fingertips resting on your shoulders,

Almost like you're trying to make an X in front of your heart.

Start to tap with your hands,

One shoulder,

And then the other nice and slow.

So it'll be right,

Left,

Right,

Left.

So the tapping is nice and slow pace.

Keep tapping nice and slow.

You can close your eyes if you'd like.

Just keep tapping,

Almost like your heartbeat.

As you're tapping,

Can you feel your breath?

Keep tapping and breathing nice and deep.

Let your hands come to your lap.

Notice any sensations at your chest and your heart.

Notice any sensations in your hands.

Take a hand on your belly.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Deep breath out,

Really nice.
