She discovered mindfulness during a particularly difficult chapter of her life, when stress, fatigue and overwhelm felt all-consuming. Through embodied mindfulness, she learned to reconnect with her body, meet herself with kindness and find steadiness in uncertainty. Now, Lisa shares these practices to support others in slowing down, softening self-judgement and building a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Her sessions are nurturing, accessible and trauma-sensitive, with a focus on mindful presence rather than performance.
