Keri Johnson is a Jivamukti Yoga teacher, mental health counselor, Daring Way facilitator, Somatic Experiencing therapist, and entrepreneur. She has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2005 (E-RYT and YACEP), inspiring students to cultivate mindful self-compassion by honoring the innate wisdom of their breath and body. Keri completed her PhD in Counseling and offers wholehearted trauma-informed mindfulness-based counseling, as well as international retreats and workshops.
