Dear one,

I invite you now,

Be it seated or standing,

To close your eyes for this sacred pause.

Placing one hand on your heart and the other on your belly,

Feeling into the rise and fall of your chest and belly as you breathe.

Let your own touch ground you now into this present moment.

Feel yourself rooted here,

Letting what came before this moment fall away as you meet yourself with an open heart.

Let every inhale be a pathway deeper into the moment.

Let every exhale release what is ready to be let go of.

Remembering,

Reconnecting,

Rejoicing in your own being.

There is nowhere you need to be but right here,

Right now.

As you feel your hand on your heart,

Imagine a small seed at the center of your chest.

This seed is encased with the nectar of inner peace.

As you breathe here,

Notice how this seed is beginning to sprout.

As roots of peace and calm travel to all the places within your heart.

With every inhale and exhale,

Let this feeling grow and expand throughout your whole body now.

As every cell begins to sing with serenity.

Every muscle being met with calm and peace.

Take a moment here to relish in this tranquility,

In this peace that is always here for you waiting to be remembered.

You may dwell in this space for as long as you desire.

When you are ready,

Connect with the room and the space you are in.

Honoring yourself for choosing to pause and connect with your own heart.

Then opening your eyes to greet the day.

Dear one,

I invite you to keep this connection with the seed of inner peace living inside you as you move forward in your day.

Remembering you can always return back here whenever you need to pause,

Whenever you need to remember.
