You don't have anything else to do,

Any place to be,

Except right here,

In this moment.

Connect with the moment.

Connect with the breath.

This moment is temporary,

As is this moment and this moment.

Take this moment to reconnect with your inner self,

Your true self.

Now release this moment.

Take a deep breath in through the nose.

Feel your chest expand.

Feel the rise of your belly.

Exhale slowly through the nose and release this moment.

Just let it go.

Open your eyes and get ready to move on with your day,

Relaxed,

Refreshed and reconnected.
