Before we begin,
Make sure you have a glass of water present and place it in front of you.

Now breathe in and lift your shoulders up.
Squeeze them even a little bit higher.

Let them drop down with a sigh.

Now take a moment to observe your body in stillness.
Simply feel and become present.
Feel the stability in your posture.
Feel the density of your body and energy field.
Feel the soft,
Rhythmical waves of your breath flowing through your system.
And as you observe these soft waves of your breath,
Feel how this awareness and focus is allowing you to become more and more quiet.
As you observe these soft waves of your breath,
Feel how you are sinking deeper and deeper into stillness,
Inhaling and exhaling,
Inhaling and exhaling.
Like waves washing onto the shore,
Flowing up and flowing down,
Up and down,
Up and down.
As you observe these soft waves of your breath,
Flowing up and down,
Allow your awareness to simultaneously connect more and more with the sensations that are present inside your body.
What do you feel in this moment?
Where in your body do you feel it?
Your ability to feel is your power.
It is a way to connect to your inner guidance system.
Your emotions flow through you like the waves of the ocean.
Everything you feel contains a tremendous amount of knowledge and wisdom.
So be open,
Listen,
Trust in what you feel.
Whatever it is that you are feeling,
Simply open up and dive into it.
Whether it is pleasure,
Excitement,
Love,
Joy or bliss.
Or whether it is fear,
Insecurity,
Contraction,
Pain or sadness.
Feel.
Allow yourself to deeply feel and connect with the wisdom inside those feelings.
Dive into your waters,
The mystical infinity of your feelings.
Dive deeper and deeper,
Trusting that no matter how intense or how overwhelming it may seem,
You have the power to feel it all.
Breathe through the intensity.
Breathe to allow more of these sensations.
The flow of your breath is the key to overcoming and transcending overwhelm.

Feel and trust.
Feel and trust all that you feel.
Your emotions are a way to intimately connect with yourself.
Your emotions teach you and speak to you in every moment that you are present.
May it be a whispering voice,
A broken voice,
A sigh or a scream,
Your emotions want to connect with you,
To be heard,
Embraced and recognized.
Whatever you feel,
Feel it.
Whether it is painful or encouraging,
Whether it is intense or pleasurable,
Your emotions want to be heard,
Embraced and recognized.
You cannot hold on to your feelings,
Ever.
They flow,
Move and transform.
It's the nature of your inner waves.
There is nothing to resist.
Just let it be and follow its flow to see what it is guiding you towards.
Now put your awareness in your heart center.
Become so ultimately still that you can feel or even hear your own heartbeat.
Feel the rhythm of your heart.
Feel the familiarity of the sound.
The sound that told you,
I am home,
As you were growing inside the womb of your mother.
That familiar sound that you recognized from the very first moment of existence.
That familiar sound that is carried through your veins as your heart rhythmically pumps your blood through your body.
Become so ultimately still that you can feel or even hear your own heartbeat.
Feel how the blood is flowing through your entire body.
Feel the currents of these millions of tiny little rivers filling your head,
Face,
Neck,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Hands,
Back,
Chest,
Belly,
Pelvis,
Hips,
Bone,
Legs and feet.
Feel the current of these millions of tiny little rivers filling your entire body and being.
Feel their flow.
Feel the pulsation within the flow.
Feel.
Feel.
Rest your awareness in your heart.
Simply by resting your consciousness here,
Your heart's energy is naturally expanding.
There is nothing you need to do.
Just connect to your heart and feel the expansion take place.
From your heart,
Establish a connection with the glass of water in front of you.
Imagine how this expanded energy from your heart is flowing directly into the glass of water standing in front of you.
Feel how your heart energy is being absorbed by the water.
Feel how your heart energy is pouring itself into the glass of water.
Allow this flow to naturally occur.
Allow this pure,

Bright energy of your heart to directly flow into the glass of water.

With your eyes closed,
Reach out to the glass.
Gently,
With awareness,
Pick up the glass and feel the beautiful energy that it is filled with.
Feel the gratitude.
Feel the appreciation.
And feel the intentions you spoke so clearly.
This water is your medicine.
Slowly and consciously,
Drink from this glass of your medicine.
Feel how the water is entering your body and flowing through your being.
You are nourishing yourself with your own words,
Your own prayers,
Your own intentions,
Love and gratitude.
Remember,
You are water.

You are the undefined intelligence that is felt.
