Welcome to this full moon meditation.

This month's full moon is in the sign of Sagittarius.

The full moon is a powerful time for reflection,

Releasing what no longer serves us and setting intentions for the future.

Sagittarius is a sign of adventure,

Optimism,

Growth making this an ideal time to expand your horizons and embrace new possibilities.

So make it comfortable for yourself right now,

Whether you're lying down or sitting,

And just close your eyes and focus on your breathing.

Inhale in and exhale everything out.

Sagittarius is a fire sign ruled by Jupiter.

It's a planet of expansion,

Wisdom and abundance.

People who are born under this sign are known for their adventurous spirit,

Optimism and philosophical outlook.

They are seekers of truth and knowledge,

Always eager to explore new ideas,

Cultures and experiences.

Now,

Since this is a sign in full moon,

It is very important to use this expansive and optimistic energy.

Maybe you can set some bold intentions,

Seek some knowledge and wisdom,

Embrace adventure,

Plan a trip,

Even if it's a small one,

Release the limiting beliefs that you have and cultivate optimism.

Now let's move to the meditation.

Allow your body to relax with every exhale.

Now bring your awareness to the different parts of your body,

One by one,

As I guide you through this rotation of consciousness.

Simply focus your attention on every body part and just notice the sensations you may feel.

Bring your awareness to your right hand thumb,

To your index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

Little finger,

Palm of the hand,

Back of the hand,

Your wrist,

Your forearm,

Your elbow,

Your upper arm,

Your shoulder,

Your armpits,

The right side of your waist,

Your right hip,

Your thigh,

Your knee,

Your calf muscle,

Your ankle,

Your heel,

Sole of the foot,

Top of the foot,

Right big toe,

Right big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe,

And little toe.

Imagine your entire right side is now completely relaxed.

Now bring your awareness to your left hand thumb,

Your index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

Little finger,

Palm of the hand,

Back of the hand,

Your wrist,

Your forearm,

Your elbow,

Your upper arm,

Your shoulder,

Your armpits,

Your left side of the waist,

Left hip,

Left thigh,

Left knee,

Left calf muscle,

Your ankle,

Your heel,

Sole of the foot,

Top of the foot,

Your left big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe,

And your little toe.

Now imagine your entire left side being completely relaxed.

Now bring your awareness to the area around your navel center,

Your Manipura chakra,

Your inner fire.

What makes you set on fire?

What adventure are you maybe afraid of doing,

But what would be a right time to do just a little step?

Bring your awareness up where your lungs are,

Breathing in all this air.

Bring your awareness to your heart center,

And just listen.

Listen to your heart.

Bring your awareness over to your throat and your neck,

And bring your awareness to your face,

And clench your teeth.

Make sure that your tongue is lying down in your mouth.

Bring your awareness to your nose,

And just observe the inhale and exhale.

Are you breathing more with the left nostril or the right one?

And your eyes,

If they are closed,

Try to focus in between your eyebrows.

Bring your awareness to your forehead,

And then bring your awareness to your entire body,

And imagine your entire body from toes to head,

From head to toe,

Completely relaxed.

Now we will sit in Sankalpa.

Sankalpa is a positive affirmation.

I have five possible Sankalpas,

And just tune in and feel if there is a Sankalpa where you can feel that this is the one that you should be focusing on for today's full moon.

I embrace new opportunities with courage and confidence.

I release all fears and doubts and trust in the journey ahead.

I am open to abundance and prosperity in all areas of my life.

I am a beacon of light and positivity for myself and others.

I follow my heart and intuition,

Knowing they will guide me to my highest good.

And just take a moment to tune in and trust that whatever Sankalpa you are choosing,

It is the right one for you right now.

And while you're still lying down,

Imagine yourself now standing at the edge of an open field under the light of the full moon.

There is a soft silver glow,

And feel the energy of the full moon infusing your body with light and warmth.

Visualize yourself walking forward,

Feeling the earth beneath your feet.

Each step takes you closer to your goals and your dreams.

Where are you stepping to?

Where are you stepping towards?

Maybe it's foggy,

Or maybe it's crystal clear.

As you walk,

You see a path ahead,

Illuminated by the moon.

This path represents your journey.

Notice any signs,

Any symbols,

People,

Or messages along the way.

Just take a moment and walk step by step.

Take a moment to sit in this field,

Feeling completely at peace and connected to the universe.

Allow any insights or inspirations to come to you.

Feel the expansive energy of Sagittarius encouraging you to dream big and aim high.

And as we slowly,

Slowly come back to our body,

Maybe introduce some micro-movements,

Maybe gently wiggling your fingers and your toes.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes and feel refreshed and energized.

And before you go,

Here are some tips to use this full moon energy.

Write down any insights or inspirations you received during the meditation.

Reflect on what you want to release and what you want to manifest.

You first need to release before you can make space for something new.

Take a cleansing bath or shower,

And if you have sea salt or essential oils to purify your energy,

Use that to let go of any negativity in your field.

You could,

Of course,

Use some crystals and also charge your crystals with the full moon energy.

Spend time outside under the full moon,

Go for a walk,

And write a list of the things you are grateful for.

Focusing on gratitude can elevate your vibrations and attract more positive experiences.
