This meditation is for you if you want to reclaim your energy back to you.

Situations or dynamics that have taken more than they gave.
You are allowed to take your energy back and this is exactly where I will help you with.
So before we get started,
Please find a comfortable position either sitting or lying down.
Make sure you have no distractions around you and feel your body.
Strong,
Present in this moment.
Now take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling up your chest and belly with air.
And exhale slowly through the mouth.
Again,
Inhaling through the nose and exhale slowly through the mouth.
Repeat this a few times and make sure that your exhale is just a little longer than your inhale.
And breathe with intention.
Be fully present into your body.
And now bring your awareness to your core.
Your center.
And this is your energetic home.
No one else owns this space.
This is your space.
This is your energetic home.
And connect with this space through your breath.
If you feel like you want to put your hands on your center,
You can.
To really feel this deep connection within.
And now bring your awareness to a situation or a person.
And notice where you feel it in your body.
And now imagine your energy extending outward like threads or light.
Really calling in your mind the situation,
Connection,
Person that is drawing your energy.
And now that you have visualized it gently,
You begin to call it back.
With every inhale,
Your energy returns to you.
Imagine that you are pulling a rope.
You're pulling your energy back to you.
With every inhale,
Your energy is coming back to you from the conversations you had.
From the emotional exchanges you had.
From overgiving.
You are not taking anything from others.
You are simply reclaiming what is yours.
And say internally,
With every inhale,
I call my energy back to me.
And feel how your chest and belly is expanding.
I call my energy back to me.
I call my energy back to me.
I call my energy back to me.
And feel it gathering in your heart.
I call my energy back to me.
In your belly,
I call my energy back to me.
In your whole body,
I call my energy back to me.
And imagine you become fuller,
Stronger,
Clearer.
And any energy that is not yours,
Softly leaves your fields.
And what is left is your energy that you are calling back.
And now gently repeat inside your head,
My energy is mine.
My energy is mine.
I choose where I give.
I choose where I give.
I am no longer available for draining situations.

I am whole within myself.

And feel this energy.
And now connect back to your core,
To your energy center.
And just be aware a shift has happened.
You might want to repeat this meditation if you feel that your energy is still stuck in another situation.
Reclaiming your power and your energy takes time.
But once you master this technique,
Your life will be so much lighter.
And then gently start bringing in some movement into your body.
Maybe opening and closing your hands,
Wiggling your toes.
Feel your body.
Feel the groundiness,
The energy.
And take a deep breath in through your nose.
And exhale through the mouth and softly,
Softly open your eyes.
You can always come back to this meditation.
And remember at any given moment you can bring your energy back to you.
