My name is Natalie and I want to welcome you in this short but powerful meditation.

If you have chosen this meditation,

You might feel overwhelmed right now.

You might feel like there is a lot of pressure going on and I want to invite you to take a breath.

Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Take another breath.

And let the noise soften around you.

Let your thoughts settle like leaves on still water.

I want to invite you to put your hands on your heart.

Close your eyes and repeat after me.

I do not need to rush to prove my worth.
