Slowly lie down.
Close your eyes.
Bring your arms gently by your side and your palms facing upwards.
Close your eyes if that feels safe for you.
And let your mouth gently relax,
Let your tongue relax into your mouth.
And maybe gently lifting up the corners of your mouth.
And let my voice guide you while you have a gentle smile on your face.
And now take a slow breath in through your nose.
And a long,
Gentle exhale through your mouth.

Breathing in calmness.

Whatever form it takes,
You feel instantly safe.
This garden is here for one reason only.
To watch over your rest.
To hold your space while you sleep.
To protect your body,
Your mind,
Your energy.
Throughout the entire night.
You do not need to speak.
You do not need to ask.
It is already here.
Standing quietly beside you.
Now imagine this guardian slowly placing a circle of light around your bed.
A gentle boundary of protection.
Not to keep anything out in fear,
But to allow only peace to enter.
Inside this space,
You are deeply safe.

Nothing can disturb your rest.
