Nick was the Head of Research at Headspace. He took part in the Shamatha Project, the world's largest research project into meditation, then retrained in neuroscience at UCL and moved into a Buddhist Centre. He loves teaching mindfulness, compassion, and other Buddhist practices in a secular modern-day manner with a sprinkle of science.

I was sitting sipping tea before bed and I almost fell asleep. Had to snap out of it and move to the bed. Very soothing voice and soothing background sounds.
