You are listening to Nikki Hartel and we are about to do a meditation that is going to help you connect to the energy of your business.
If you have a pen and paper at hand you may use it as we move through the process but it is not necessary.
I'm using tangerine essential oil which is the oil of creativity as we are going to bring a bit of fun and lightness into the session.
If you don't have the oil with you,
You can just connect into the energy of joy and if you do you may open the lid and just breathe in the beautiful aroma.
When you are ready and if it feels good you may close your eyes and I invite you to start slowing your breath down,
Bringing your awareness to your breath.
I invite you to breathe in the energy of love,
To breathe in the energy of truth and as you do I'd like you to imagine beautiful golden roots stemming out of the soles of your feet that are grounding you into Mother Earth,
That are grounding you into your purpose.
I would now like you to imagine that you are standing outside in nature and you can feel the ground beneath your feet,
The coolness of the earth,
You can feel the sun on your skin and you hear birds singing in the trees and their song seems to vibrate in your body and in your heart.
You feel deeply at peace.
In this moment we set the intention to connect into the energy of your business.
We connect into non-judgments,
Allowing whatever arises to arise.
I invite you to imagine that standing before you is a person that holds the energy of your business.
Just notice if they're male or female,
What they're wearing,
How they're standing.
They haven't seen you yet,
You have a beautiful opportunity to just soak up the energy and the feeling that your business carries.
Use your breath to keep you connected and centered and I invite you to walk over to your business and for the two of you to meet.
You connect in whatever way feels good,
Perhaps it's a handshake or a hug,
However you choose to embrace.
Just in this moment feel yourself connecting,
Connecting into this beautiful vibrant energy.
Your business is alive and you and your business are going to create beautiful magic in the world.
I invite you to imagine standing in front of you and your business is a big empty canvas.
You and your business look towards each other and you feel a sense of excitement build up as you know that the two of you are going to bring to life all of the dreams and desires that together you can co-create.
I invite you to imagine the vision of your business playing out on this blank canvas,
Seeing images come to life,
Noticing colors,
Seeing people,
Whatever rises up.
Notice the magic of your vision forming on this blank canvas that is no longer blank,
It is now full of all the beautiful dreams and visions that the two of you have co-created.
Feel the power of these dreams,
Feel the power of your vision.
I invite you to breathe these dreams and visions into your body and allow yourself to open up to receiving them,
Feeling every cell activate.
With this beautiful vision and the excitement in your heart,
You are ready to share your business and introduce your business to those closest to you.
Imagine that your loved ones are now standing in front of you,
Waiting to meet this person that encapsulates the energy of your business.
I'd like you to introduce the business first describing the personality,
Qualities,
Energy and just listen in to the words that you use and to how you introduce your business to those that you love.
I invite you now to describe your vision and your dream.
Notice how your loved ones react and allow this excitement and joy to flow through you as you feel so deeply connected to the energy of your business and to the potential of the dreams that you can create.
As you connect into sharing your business,
I invite you to drop into the very centre of your being.
And in this moment,
We connect into tangerine essential oil because we are dropping into the centre of our creativity.
And I invite you to feel the truth that the magic of your business is centred in your magic,
Your truth.
And as you go out and create products,
Services,
Feel this energy of in internal creativity,
The energy of your power and your truth flowing through you and into everything that you create,
Into all of your communication,
Flowing into all of your interactions,
All of your marketing,
Feeling the truth that your business is a creative expression of your soul.
I invite you to ground this truth in,
To breathe this truth in,
Connecting back into those beautiful golden roots that are stemming out of the soles of your feet.
Feeling this truth move through your body and then through these roots into Mother Earth.
Know that you can connect with your business at any time by simply setting the intention and coming into a centred place within.
