Explore MeditationI have discovered music at the age of 10 and this musical love story began with the discovery of an instrument: the organ. Later on, stuying in a musical school was the perfect opportunity to play with different kind of people which become friends also, I also learnt the piano and started to play on keyboard also. After a brake of 5 years where music wasn't in the centre of my life anymore, I was inspired, between 2009 and 2013, to create and play some loundge music after having practising Raja-Yoga meditation since 2000. In fact, the peaceful state of mind which meditation can delivered while practising it every day was the starting point for me, helping me to create these musical creations from inside out. Even today, what is inspiring me the most is when I am deeply and naturally connected with my own inner self where resides, as in each one of us, our natural and only one nature made of peace, love and happiness.
