This meditation is created for you to get a sense of calmness and strength in situations and times where life can be challenging or you can feel tired and overwhelmed.
In this meditation we will call and use the crystalline grid to create and bring forth a sense of stability.
So to get started,
Sit in a comfortable position either cross legged or on a chair.
You can also lay down if you feel tired and feel the need to just rest as you are guided through this meditation.
And we are going to begin by just taking three deep breaths.
Inhaling through the nose deeply and releasing and exhaling through the mouth.
Really allowing yourself to sink into your body inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth releasing thoughts and tension as you inhale and exhale for the last time through the mouth and then call your attention into your body.
Feel how you are sitting,
Feel your spine and your tailbone stretching down towards the earth and the tip of your head stretching up towards the sky.
Rest your shoulders,
Rest your heart space,
Your chest,
Rest your belly and allow your breathing to become deeper widening out your belly on an in breath and contracting towards the spine and an out breath.
And now if you have a lot of mental activity imagine that you are wrapping your past all the thoughts about what you did today or what you didn't do,
Regrets,
Comments to people that you didn't get to say that are recorded and playing in your mental space.
Imagine that you are wrapping all of this together in a nice package and just placing them at the floor or the chair next to you.
Allow yourself to fully release and let go of the past.
Don't engage with any thoughts about your past for the next 10 minutes.
And then do the same thing with your future.
So any goals,
Affirmations,
Worries about the future,
Plans,
Just wrap them in to a nice little package and place them at the other side.
Allow yourself to not engage with your future right now.
The future will come and for this moment you don't need to engage with any thoughts about your future.
So sink into this present moment,
Feel your body,
Feel your mind,
Your brain and feel your face.
So we are going to start with the outer layer of your face,
Your skin and your muscles covering and wrapping around your face,
Your skull and feel into the forehead,
The eyes and the eyelids,
The nose,
The cheeks,
The mouth,
The lips and the chin.
Trace your face for any sensation that you are experiencing right now,
Any tension,
Tiredness,
Numbness or tinkling sensation,
Whatever you are feeling in this present moment.
Just notice.
And then trace in through your eye sockets,
Feel your eyes in their sockets and trace all the way,
Let your attention sink all the way into the back of your eyes.
And when you feel the back,
The most inner part of your eyes and your eye muscles,
Allow for a release in that area.
So let go and allow your eyes to turn and flutter and stretch however they need to do this.
And know that this is a way that you can release tension from your nervous system.
And now continue into the center of your brain,
Feel your brain,
Feel the space inside your skull and imagine that in the center of your brain you have a clear bright crystal and this crystal is connected to other crystals,
Ones in your body and in the earth.
So in the earth there are millions and trillions of bright,
Strong and clear crystals and you are going to allow for this journey now to connect to the crystals and the crystals are going to support you and call forth a strong,
Clear grid that you can lean into to experience clarity and strength.
So see this crystal for your inner eye in the center of your brain,
Feel its vibration and allow your attention to sink down to your heart space,
Down through your throat and your neck and in your heart picture and imagine the next crystal,
So a bright and clear,
Strong,
Amazing crystal in your heart space and let your attention sink even deeper down through your belly to the bottom of your body,
Your pelvic bowl and feel the grounding from this area,
The strength and imagine the next crystal in your womb space on your pelvic bowl as a bright,
Clear and strong crystal and from this last crystal imagine that you are connecting down through your perineum out through your body and deep down into the earth and down in the center of the earth there is an amazing,
Clear,
Strong and beautiful crystal that is connected to all other crystals on this earth in everything that is physical.
So from these crystals we are going to call forth the crystalline grid that is a grid of great strength and clarity,
A grid that is a part of everything and that is an energetic grid that you can always lean against and be a part of.
So we are going to use the words feng shui crystallinus and as you think these words feng shui crystallinus,
Imagine that the crystals in your body will send out a strong and clear grid like connecting dots or as in the movie Matrix that everything in your body will be connected through clear,
Strong vibration of the crystalline grid.
So feel the sensation of the crystalline grid moving from the center of your pelvic area,
Your womb and out into the lower part of your body,
Your legs,
Your hips,
Your belly and that from the heart,
The crystal in your heart space that the crystalline grid is moving out,
Rippling out through your chest,
Shoulders and arms and from the crystal in the center of your brain that the crystalline grid will ripple out through your neck,
Throat,
Brain and face and feel the creation of a structure that is so strong,
So clear and that is easily called forward and is always a part of you that you can call upon and lean into with the words feng shui crystallinus.
So now we're going to call our attention back to the room that you're in by wrapping your hands,
Rubbing your fingers together,
Starting to move,
You can sway a little bit from side to side or back and forth,
Rub your legs,
Your arms and end by rubbing your face and inhale,
Exhale through the mouth and you can blink your eyes open and go on and enjoy your day rejuvenated and with new strength and energy to meet challenges in your day and in your life.
