Hello Nkechi, thank for this meditation this morning. It’s the day after Thanksgiving. Grounding in trust is very helpful

This was so helpful! I was ruminating today about something that happened last night, and I was starting to feel very sad and alone. This meditation helped reset me and bring back a feeling of calm.

I’ve meditated daily for the past few years and lately I am feeling more resistance to my practice. It’s become a mindless chore, some mornings I come close to forgetting about it. Today while listening to this meditation I was reminded of the joy in this practice. I felt integrated with my body and the world around me. Thank you for sharing your gift!

Thank you for a great and relaxing meditation. Your voice stayed calm and level almost throughout. At the very end there was a big jump at the start of your sentence. The music you had in the background was too faint. I heard clicking sounds and a occasionally singer. I would prefer a little more volume so that I there would be a consistent yet calming sound throughout. Thanks again for an enjoyable meditation.
