Hi,
Welcome to this guided meditation and visualization on creation.
My name is Juana and I'm honored to lead you through this journey.
Before we dive into some visualizing,
Let's leave a few things behind with some deep,
Easy breaths.
Whatever heaviness you brought in with you from the day,
Whatever anxiety,
Stress,
Insecurity,
Let's just breathe it out.
Breathe in through your nose and slowly out through your mouth.
Breathe in calm.
Breathe out all that doesn't serve you in this moment.
Inhale and exhale.
Let it all go,
Just like that.
Relax your body.
Relax your mind.
Relax your soul.
Continue to breathe at a pace that is comfortable for you.
Allow yourself to find more ease and more comfort with every passing breath.
Now that you're more settled in,
I want to go on a little adventure of creation with you.
Creation,
The act of bringing something into existence,
The act of bringing something to life.
Whether we consciously realize it or not,
We are always creating,
So never fool yourself into thinking you aren't creative.
Each and every single moment,
No matter how big or how small,
Is an act of creation.
Speaking is an act of creation.
Moving is an act of creation.
Cooking,
Dancing,
Dressing,
Even breathing is an act of creation.
You are creating life just by breathing.
Now take that in for a breath.
How powerful is that?
Our ability to create comes easier in some areas of our life,
While it comes harder in others,
Or so we think.
We place limits on what we can and cannot create.
Our soul may speak to us,
Showing us the way,
Yet we meet it with doubt,
Silence,
And even fear.
We can sometimes feel like we are stuck in complete darkness,
Not sure of where to go.
Now let's create that darkness in our mind's eye.
Imagine you are in a dark room,
So dark you can't even see your own hands in front of you.
The only thing to keep you company is your breath,
So keep it close by.
As you look around,
Left and right,
Then up and down,
You spot a little bright glowing door handle.
Why don't you go ahead and open it to see what's inside?
As you step in,
You find yourself in just the complete opposite,
A floor to ceiling white room.
Straight ahead of you,
You notice a black-white canvas right in the middle of the room,
Awaiting you.
Go ahead,
Walk right up to it and pick up the brush placed right below it.
The brush feels very powerful to the touch,
And you are so tempted to begin writing with it.
But before you create anything,
Take a moment to tune into your heart space.
Breathe right into it.
Feel the loving energy that is contained within it,
And ask yourself,
What does my heart want to bring forth into creation?
What do I want to create in my life?
Perhaps you want to create your next song,
Your next script,
Your next recipe,
Your next hobby,
Your next adventure.
Or maybe,
Just maybe,
It's more broad than that.
Do you want to create more love in your life?
More joy?
More ease?
More fun?
More space to just be?
All of these are equally important.
All of these are acts of creation.
All of these require focused energy to bring it to life.
If you haven't already started,
Start writing or painting on your canvas.
Your creation doesn't have to be complex,
And it doesn't have to be simple either.
It can be anything you want.
Don't overthink it.
Just the idea that feels most inspired,
Most real to you.
Once you are finished with your canvas,
Take a step back and look at what you have written or drawn on it.
Allow yourself to feel this creation being born within you.
See it coming to life in your mind's eye.
How does it feel?
How does it look?
How does it play out?
Have fun with your imagination.
Let it run wild.
And just as easily as you can imagine it,
It is done.
You have set forth the focus to bring it about,
So allow it to come into your reality as easily as you received it in your mind's eye.
Remember,
All creations begin in the mind and move outwards.
So you're already halfway there.
Now let's bring this creation back with us into the real world as we slowly bring more focus into our bodies.
Wiggle your fingers.
Wiggle your toes.
Slowly and mindfully flutter open your eyes.
Thanks for taking the time to create today.
Be sure to follow whatever inspiration comes about to help you bring your creation to life.
