Welcome to this guided meditation on making your dreams come to life.
My name is Juana and I'm so excited to fly high with you.
Before we take off,
Find yourself a comfortable grounded position that will serve as the base from which your breath rises.
Whether you are sitting up or laying down,
Your spine will need to be straight to ensure easy and deep breathing.
Once you've landed into position,
Close your eyes and tune inward by focusing on your breath.
How is your breath doing?
Is it shallow or deep?
Is it heavy or light?
Is it forced or natural?
Just observe and ask yourself how you can breathe a little deeper.
Listen and follow your own inner guidance.
Now that you've got your breathing engine ready,
We are going to do a bit of daydreaming and use the power of our breath to fly up into the imaginary clouds.
So take a slow,
Deep breath in.
Pause right here and hold your breath and slowly let your breath out.
Pause and hold your breath.
Another slow breath in.
Pause right there.
Another slow breath out.
Pause right here.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in.
Pause.
And now slowly let your breath out.
Pause.
Continue on your own,
Repeating this pattern at your own pace.
With every breath in and out,
Visualize yourself rising a little higher and higher.
First levitating off the ground you are sitting or laying on,
Then to the level of your ceiling and rooftop,
And then up towards the sky.
The more deeply you breathe,
The calmer you feel in your heart and the higher you go in your mind's eye.
Keep breathing.
There's only one way to go.
Up,
Up,
Up.
Watch as the people below you start looking more like tiny ants,
As the streets transform into grids.
Fly a little higher with each inhale and exhale.
Continue breathing as you gradually begin to ascend high into the clouds.
Pick your favorite cloud to sit on and take some time to admire the view from up here.
Transition to breathing in through your nose and out through your nose.
That's it,
Calm and easy.
From this vantage point high in the sky,
You have the power to zoom in and see absolutely anything you want to on the ground.
Not only that,
You have the power to create it as you like.
Imagine the earth below you as a crystal ball that you can control with your mind.
What do you see for yourself in this crystal ball?
What does your dream life look like?
Where are you living?
What do you find yourself waking up to do every single day?
Who is there to share your life with you?
Allow yourself to dream as big as your heart wants.
Receive these visions before your mind's very eyes.
Now don't just watch it,
Jump right in.
Yes,
Allow yourself to fall right into this reality you've created.
Join your dream self on the ground and experience this life for yourself.
How do you move?
How do you speak?
How do you feel living this life?
Embody it fully.
The more you feel it,
The more you can attract it into your real world.
Just by using the power of your imagination,
You are attracting it to life.
As we prepare to leave this meditation,
Carry this feeling back with you.
Yes,
I know it's just a feeling and not the real thing,
Just yet.
But think about it for a moment.
The only reason you ever want anything is because you think you will feel better in the having of it.
So why not feel this feeling now and allow the manifestation to catch up with your vision in perfect timing?
The more you stay in the space of feeling like what you want is already yours,
The more happier and peaceful you will be,
The more you will receive inspired action that will lead you in the right direction,
And the quicker everything you want will come your way.
This is how the powerful law of attraction works after all.
First receive,
Then be,
Then do,
Then watch it come to life.
Take a few deep breaths to let that all sink in.
