Welcome,
Welcome to the Full Moon Meditation in April in the sign Libra.
The scales,
The tipping point of what is happening around the world and within our own worlds.
March has been such an important month.
All months are very important,
But this,
In the planetary lineups and in the design of Earth itself,
In our cosmos,
In our galaxy,
In the universe,
This was and is March,
The month for massive,
Massive change and influx of most powerful energies.
April will be much the same,
So we are now learning,
Learning the new way,
Learning the energies,
And Libra is a reminder to keep balanced.
Libras love peace,
They love harmony,
They are very good at staying calm.
So let's draw on those qualities in this meditation.
The Full Moon being an opportunity to release and let go,
And anything that has come up for you in this last month and beyond,
Any patterns,
Any conditions,
Any conflicts,
Any little thing in your health,
Your body,
Your mind,
Bring it to the surface in this Full Moon,
And with this amazing,
Quickening energy,
It can be released with ease and grace.
We are here to let go of the resistance,
To flow in this new energy.
Remember,
This energy is like uncharted waters.
We cannot predict what we will be like,
But I can guarantee that you will be a different version of yourself moving into the future,
A higher frequency if you keep stepping up,
Clearing your energies,
Clearing the karmic cycles,
Healing the wounds,
And taking responsibility for your own soul self.
So take a deep breath,
Get yourself comfy.
We're going on a guided meditation to help you,
To open you,
To connect to your higher self,
To bring in all your team,
Your helpers,
Your guides,
Masters,
Angels,
Galactics.
Bring them into your world to help you catapult through this energy and ground this energy for Mother Earth.
She is not waiting for anyone anymore,
So why would we want to resist?
As you take those deep breaths into your belly,
Deep into your belly,
And really let go of that breath as it comes up and out,
Taking this short amount of time for yourself,
Solely for you,
Bring you into your own being.
Just keep breathing in and breathing out,
Letting go of any tension that's going on in your day today or yesterday,
Letting go of any thoughts and worries and anxiousness about tomorrow,
The next day,
Next month,
Next year.
None of that matters.
The only thing that matters is you in this moment right now.
This is where we find our peace.
Just scan your body and move your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your fingertips,
Clearing out any aches and pains and scanning down your body from your head,
Bringing in the light through your crown.
This light is from the most amazing,
Abundant cosmos,
Crystalline energy that is designed to help you.
Bring it into your mind,
Clearing all those pathways,
All those old thoughts that don't serve you anymore,
Bringing that energy down,
That sparkly,
Crystalline energy down through your head.
Imagine it coming out of your eyes,
Clearing your vision,
Out of your ears,
So you're open to listen for guidance and through your nose to breathe in the freshness of the new earth and through your mouth so your words may be from heart and filled with compassion,
Empathy and above all,
Love.
Bring this crystalline energy down into your throat.
So many people having neck,
Thyroid,
Pains,
Issues,
Throat issues.
Let's clear that out now,
Balancing the hormones within your thyroid.
This is where all our hormones are distributed through our body.
So imagine it on that scale,
That Libra scale,
In complete harmony and balance for you,
For your body.
Bring that energy into your shoulders and just feel like the small circles,
Forwards and backwards,
To release the tension,
To unhook the burdens,
The world you carry on your shoulders.
A lot of people,
Especially women,
Have very tight shoulders,
Pain in their shoulder blades.
And this is where we carry our self-worth.
So release it.
Let that old you go.
Let the old self-doubting,
The old non-deserving encodements within yourselves be released right now.
Bring that pure white cosmic sparkly light down into your chest and down through each vertebrae and into your lungs.
Breathing in that beautiful,
Fresh energy.
Breathing out any old,
Stuck,
Stagnant breath deep down in your lungs and also in your heart,
Your physical heart.
Breathing in that beautiful,
Crystalline energy through all your chambers of your heart.
Seeing your blood being energised with white,
Crystalline energy.
Seeing your heart chakra spinning in perfect green emerald harmony.
Also,
Let's focus on the chakra just above your heart,
In your thymus area,
Or just below your thymus called your higher heart.
And imagine that brilliant,
Beautiful,
Sparkly pink.
Because these new chakras are the ones we're stepping more and more into as we move with the planet into a new way of being and also being a pink moon.
Let's focus and see the sparkles in that chakra.
Bring that beautiful,
White,
Clear,
Cosmic,
Crystalline energy down into your belly,
Down into your torso,
Down into your liver,
Sitting on the right hand side of your body.
The pancreas,
The sweetness of life,
Being cleared and open to more sweetness,
Funness,
Joyness,
And into your tummy,
Clearing out those parasites and bugs that do not serve you.
Seeing this energy going down through all your intestines,
Your small and your large,
Clearing out the blocks,
The fermentations,
The stagnations,
Rubbing your belly if you're feeling like it.
Bringing it,
Bringing the warmth of that crystalline energy into your body,
Into your womb.
Doesn't matter if you're a man or a female,
You've had babies,
Not had babies,
Not having babies.
Just bring the energy of that woman,
Feminine,
Goddess energy and feel it in your belly.
The Libra being the creative sign as well.
We're bringing in the creativity to start new projects as we clear out the old,
Birthing the creativity within us,
Our new earth,
All these new timelines have started.
It doesn't matter if we're on individual pathways right now.
One day we will all come together,
But we must make a start.
Bring in that energy down,
Down,
Deep down into the bowel of your belly.
And at the same time,
Down into each vertebrae and into your kidneys where this is where we let go.
Releasing,
Letting go.
Even if you don't know what to let go of yet,
Just be open and say,
I release with ease.
Bringing the energy into our adrenals.
So many problems in the adrenals these days with heightened activity through distractions on our phone,
Movies,
Bright lights,
Not enough sleep,
Not enough nutrition.
Bring in that healing energy into this area of your body,
Your orange chakra.
Taking the energy down into your sexual organs,
Clearing all of those areas as well.
Down into your face,
Your bladder and your bowel,
Your hips and into your thighs.
Any aches and pains being cleared in your knees,
Shins,
Calves,
Ankles and feet.
And let's take that energy down,
Down through all of our body,
Every single cell,
Through the base of our feet,
The soles of our feet,
Down through the floorboards.
Or if you're lying down,
Imagine the energy coming down through the back of your spine and into the ground,
Floorboards,
Mother Earth.
Bringing this energy down,
Down,
Down through all the molten lava,
Gravel,
Clay,
Sand,
Rock,
Crystals,
Water crevices,
Down,
Down,
Down.
Feel yourself sinking,
Being grounded,
Being loved and supported by the great Mother Gaia.
And imagine connecting into her heart,
Feeling your heart beating with Mother Earth's heart,
Feeling her nurturing arms wrapped around you,
Feeling her love,
Compassion,
Comfort and support for whatever you are going through.
Not sure if you can hear my background,
But there is a lot of thunder,
A massive storm that started,
It was pouring with rain.
So I'm visualising every person on this call being washed by this beautiful rain and the lightning reconnecting you into your ancient wisdom,
Your higher soul self.
Because that is exactly where we are headed in the month of April and May.
Hearing that thunder shaking out all that does not serve you anymore,
Opening yourself to let go of ease and grace.
So just imagine,
Visualise,
Visualize yourself walking in bare feet,
In beautiful white flowing clothes,
Maybe like a chiffon-y,
Wool piece,
Cloth over you,
Feeling the purity and the lightness and the cleanliness,
The frenzeliness,
If ever such a word,
Cleanliness of the cloth.
And you're walking in the moonlight,
You can see the beautiful moon and the beautiful stars and the shadows all around you.
And in the shadows you see the beautiful nature elementals,
Eyes looking at you with love,
With curiosity,
Full moon illuminating your path,
Whether it be soft grass,
Dirt pathway,
Forest floor,
Whatever it is,
Your feet feel comfortable and at ease walking along at your own pace.
And in the distance you see the moon shimmering on something very,
Very large.
And in the moonlight you can outline this golden,
Huge monument.
And with curiosity and without fear you move closer and more closer and closer to this amazing monument in the middle of nowhere.
And as you get closer you start to see clearly that it is a huge,
Huge pair of scales,
Tipping scales.
And at this time it is in perfect balance on both sides.
It is illuminated with beautiful gold and you can see crystals embedded all around it,
Up its trunk so to speak,
And the chains of beautiful,
Golden,
Silvery,
Pearly energy.
You may see rubies or diamonds or amethysts or rose quartz or sapphires or emerald paint this beautiful monument however you see it.
These scales stand so much taller than you and now you are at the base looking up.
And as you are looking up two things appear to you,
A beautiful,
Golden,
Circular staircase going around the stem,
The trunk of the scales and a guide.
Whoever comes to your mind right now is there to help you through this healing process.
It may be a loved one,
It may be an angel,
A master,
A galactic,
A pet.
Whoever comes to your mind,
See them in front of you and give them a beautiful hug of love.
They are your support team right now.
Your loved one,
Your guide at this time is encouraging you to take the stairwell.
Take one step at a time as you ascend up the massive scales.
And to the left there is a step for you and your guide carefully helps you stand on the left side of the scale.
Stand on the left side of the scale,
It does start to tip down,
All the way down.
So the scale looks very one-sided and out of balance.
Lie down on the side of the scale and look up at the beautiful moon,
This full moon,
This phenomenon,
This massive,
Round,
Glowing,
Feminine moon staring down at you.
And as you stare at the moon you become mesmerized,
Almost hypnotic,
As you feel all the ignited gems and crystals around you activating you into what needs to be gone out of your life.
Libras are also very self-sacrificial.
They don't like conflict.
So if you're one of these people that finds it hard to speak out,
We release that now.
If you find it hard to find that assertiveness and confidence in you,
We release that now.
If you find that you're getting angry at these times,
At the silliness around you perhaps,
Or the frustration,
The worries,
The fear,
Release that now.
If you find that you're not being worthy enough for yourself,
Loving yourself enough,
Putting other people before you,
Being a martyr,
Doing too much,
Not resting enough,
Having to make an income,
Put food on the table,
Being a mother,
Being a father,
A parent,
Being a child,
Whatever it is for you.
Just imagine it being released.
I'm going to leave you here for a couple of minutes.
As your soul searches for the patterns and conditions,
Remember we're also releasing past lives,
Ancestral timelines,
Whatever it is that's getting in your way of creating your new earth,
We are releasing.
As you release,
Imagine the scale.
Well,
Imagine it's like you are throwing a rock over the site.
Everything that you know that needs you,
You need to let go,
But you find it hard to,
Or you keep going round in circles.
It could be an addiction.
It could be alcohol.
It could be drug.
It could be your phone.
It could be food.
Workaholic,
Whatever it is,
Each thing that you think of,
Each experience,
Even from the past,
Unforgiveness,
Trauma,
Hurts,
Let go of the massive rock,
A rock off your scale.
Take some time to think about each situation.
You don't have to go too deep.
We are just releasing the resistance,
Each rock one by one as your scale becomes lighter and lighter.
It doesn't matter if you've repeated this before.
Each time we do this,
It releases out of our psyche more and more until we get to the core.
And then it will be no more.
Feel your whole being becoming more and more light.
Feel your shadow self releasing over the side of the scale.
Feel the crystals around you or the gems embedded in the scale becoming brighter and brighter.
Take some time to slowly and gently sit up on the scale.
And when you look across to the other side,
The right hand side,
You see that you are now perfectly even.
You have let go of so much,
No matter how tiny or how large,
Whatever you have released has now put you in that balance and harmony.
Your guide helps you up.
And because you are so light,
You don't need to take any steps anymore.
But you take your guide's hand or paw and you spring,
Spring with a big jump over to the other side of the scales.
And as you land,
Your step is so light that the scales don't even move.
And you are encouraged to lie down on the side and look up at that gorgeous,
Bright,
Bright,
Round,
Huge moon,
Larger than life,
Emphasized for you over the scales.
Lose yourself in the moon.
Lose yourself in the hypnotic energy of the feminine goddess moon as she draws out the creativity in you,
Pure love,
The flow,
The synchronicity,
The harmony,
The true essence of you.
We are in an initiation energy,
Again,
Like I said,
An energy of uncharted waters where we have not been before.
We don't want to step back onto the other side of the scale.
We want to create.
It's hard to know what to create when we haven't been there before.
So as you are lying there in this dream hypnotic state,
Trust your own visions.
Trust your soul's pathway.
Ask your soul,
I am to be a better version of myself.
What does my new self want?
What would my new self do?
Wow,
Big crack there.
What would my soul self choose?
As you're lying there in beautiful bliss and harmony,
This amazing lightness,
Light codes being activated within you,
Opening your choices,
Your timelines as you aim high.
Don't put your mind into it and dampen or let that ego come in and say that's not possible.
Imagine and dream big.
And as you are doing that,
You start to float.
You start to elevate off the scale in your white attire,
In your lightness like a feather,
A white,
Beautiful feather of the heavens.
You lift off and you start to float upwards,
Drawn by the moon,
Moving up and up.
And you feel love in every single cell,
Peace in every single cell,
Joy in every single cell.
You start to feel the passion in you come alive.
Feel that willingness to change something within you.
Feeling the lightness of how good it feels.
And as you're floating up and up and up,
There is no gravity so you can do somersaults and flips and dance and swirl and swim in the air,
In space.
For there is no time through space.
There is just you in the universe,
In your universe.
So much love and support.
Take a moment to look down.
As you look down,
Planet earth is a long,
Long way away.
But you have this beautiful kaleidoscope type tool that takes you down,
Down into your part of the world.
And as you've asked your soul and you trust your own visions,
What do you see?
It may be as small as putting fresh flowers in your home each week.
It may be as small as buying pie or something for that homeless person down the road.
It may be as small as changing your water to unchlorinated,
Filtered,
Clean water.
Purified free as well.
It may be as small as looking in the mirror and accepting you for you.
It may be as small as putting more color on your plate for your lunch or your dinner.
It may be as big as seeing yourself move homes,
Move states,
Move countries.
It may be as big as seeing the relinquish of a relationship,
A friendship,
A coexisting relationship,
A relative,
A friend.
It may be as big as changing an aspect of your job or a whole career shift or a financial change.
However small or large,
There is no judgment and it is what feels right for you.
Trust this meditation when you come out of it that you know what needs to be let go of and what small step you can make that brings you closer to creating your new earth.
New earth is already here.
We don't have to wait for people,
Other people to catch up with us,
Be on the same page.
It is here now.
Mother Earth wants you to create your individual pathway.
Then we will all come together.
Find your creativity,
Find your love,
Find your peace.
What brings you peace in this moment?
And as an act of service for humanity while you are in this heightened,
Light,
Beautiful state of being.
Imagine you have like those lightning rods of energy and you throw them down like spears to Mother Earth.
But these lightning rods are full of that crystalline,
Beautiful,
White cosmic energy full of light codes and activations and initiations and anchoring the energy into the earth.
So powerful,
So strong.
Wherever you aim your lightning rod,
The energy will intensify and ripple out to that part of the world,
Activating the crystalline grids around the world.
Your help is needed every single day and every single moment.
Keeping those thoughts high when we can,
Throw those lightning rods.
Energy follows thought.
Wherever you are thinking,
Those lightning rods are going to that part of the world with pure,
Pure grace and love.
See the whole world lit up with lightning rods,
With the electric currents,
Zapping between each other all over the world like a high voltage lightning planet.
See the people come out into the streets,
Dancing,
Hugging each other,
Showing each other love,
Passion for each other,
For everyone's thoughts,
For everyone's ideas and beliefs.
Letting down and letting go of the judgments,
Coming together in communities and groups to create together.
See the whole world in harmony.
Realistically,
We know it will take a while.
However,
In our mind's eye,
The more we do this,
The faster it comes into being.
Thoughts,
The synergy to kickstart communities.
See the plants healthy and strong.
See the fruits juicy,
Tasty,
Pesticide free.
See our waterways clear,
Polluted,
Crystalline waters.
See the animals being taken care of,
Loved and nurtured,
Fat and healthy.
Hear the birds singing beautiful love songs.
The energies of the air,
The breeze,
The wind,
The warmth of the sun,
The fire,
The passion in our belly,
The earth,
The steamy smell of the earth under our feet,
Earthiness grounding us.
Drinking the water of love into every cell of our bodies.
And the water all over the planet full of love.
Start to descend down,
Down,
Down.
You can come down through that kaleidoscope if you like,
Sliding down,
Down to where you need to be right now.
Where you are is just perfect.
You are meant to be where you are.
As we move forward we can make these changes.
Using the energies of the earth,
The planets,
The cycles to catapult us.
Don't forget to breathe in the month of April.
Come into your heart centre before you react.
We are changing.
Our life is changing.
Our beings are changing.
The people around us are changing.
It is important to keep in touch with ourselves,
To let go of the resistance and go with the flow.
As you feel your feet on the ground coming back into your body.
