Take a lovely deep breath in and a long slow breath out and the next time you breathe in look up towards your forehead and as you breathe out gently close down your eyes see feel or imagine yourself walking into a cozy little health food store the shelves are lined with jars of powders lotions and herbal liquids the air smells of herbs and spices and you scan the colorful bottles each holding special remedies and salves as you look around you feel drawn to a small inviting herbal liquid on the shelf it catches your eye with its soothing color and gentle energy so you pick it up feeling its weight in your hand and you sense that this bottle holds the key to healing your digestive symptoms your bloating with a deep breath you go ahead and take a small sip from the bottle feeling the calming liquid move through your body as you drink you feel it gently working its magic soothing the source of your bloating and bringing relief to your tummy to your digestive system you take another sip and feel the warmth of this tincture spreading through your belly dissolving any discomfort and bringing your body back into a state of balance a state of ease know that you could take this herbal remedy with you and use it whenever you need and in a moment i'm going to count from one to three and when i say three you'll open your eyes feeling relaxed lighter and free from discomfort one noticing your body resting on the surface beneath you to taking a deep breath in and sighing it out three opening your eyes when you're ready
