Practicing confidence can really boost our mood and prepare us for a day ahead.

When you're ready close your eyes and begin to follow your breath in and out.

Confidence is all about believing in yourself and to believe in yourself we must try new things.

Sometimes these new things can be hard.

Confidence is when you believe you can do something even if it is difficult.

Do you believe in yourself?

I'm sure you do and if you do you can repeat after me to yourself.

I can do hard things.

I can do difficult things.

I can do challenging things.

I am confident.

When you are ready you can slowly open your eyes.
