Hello there and welcome to this mini mindfulness.

Practicing mindfulness can make us feel nice and calm and connect with the now.

When you're ready you can gently close your eyes.

Let's begin by noticing the floor beneath us.

Notice which body parts are in contact with the floor.

Notice the sounds around you by listening to the here and now.

Next let's notice our breath.

See how it enters the nose and leaves the mouth.

Checking in with our mind in the morning can really help us to become mindful of this present moment.

When you're ready you can open your eyes.
